Disappointing. Rented an SUV for service for 8 hours. Had a fabulous driver who was timely and accommodating. Once inside, the vehicle was dirty which made me very uncomfortable especially knowing how much I had paid to have the service for the day. When I directly contacted the company in an email to notify them I did not receive a response. I called a few business days later to confirm they had received my email and they told me to hold and an older gentlemen named Maurice answered and said hello? When I stated I had been disappointed in my service he said, "oh yeah __last name__ sorry about that, we are short staffed." And left it at that. Meaning they had already read my email, neglected to respond and had no plan to recover my business. Can very confidently say I won't be returning for service from them ever again. read more

Ever hear the expression you got one job? Well these people have one job, and they are not very good at it. They were hired, confirmation number and all to pick up my 19 year old daughter a the airport. 1 am no show, they used the given number and someone answers, not only was he unapologetic he was rude, " Im not a the office, and he actually said its not my problem". He said that, yes that. Whose problem is it? They left my 19 college age daughter stranded 60 miles from her destination in a state we don't live in, pretty much worst case scenario. Almost every month my whole family uses Gold Crown Limousine Inc. Every time we have the best service. Great clean very nice cars with leather seating and water, magazines and WiFi. We always pay when we reserve the car, including gratuity, so that the finances are taken care of before the ride. The drivers are in suits and are always 5 to 10 minutes early!!! They will wait for you. At the airport they will wait for you with a sign with your name. The drivers immediately offer to help with your luggage. I can highly recommend this service. read more

I wish I could leave a good review because our drivers were wonderful and accommodating... But the business side was unfair and unprofessional. I worked with Mandy. She was misinformed and basically told me that even though there's not proof... I still owe more than I had expected. Basically I was charged $230 over what I have in my invoice. They were not able to show me proof of confirmation of that extra money, gave me $100 off, but still required that I cover the extra cost. Just unfair and not right to do to a customer paying so much money already. read more

After securing a reservation for car from Rochester to MSP for flight by way of courteous and well informed Mandy, my reservation was cancelled unbeknownst to me. I spoke with Mandy about a possible change in the departure time she said to let them know as soon as I had any information. We established that I would call them at approx 950PM with that information. At 955PM when I phoned to confirm my car as agreed upon, a rude, confrontational and insulting Maurice yapped that "a lot of things had changed since I last spoke with them" for the reason my car, reserved several weeks earlier, was cancelled. Maurice, who ever he is, should never be allowed to speak to or handle the affairs of a paying customer. If there was an icon for spitting on this company, it would appear here. They cannot be trusted. read more

Gold Crown Limo Services are bad. I supposedly secured a Limo Rental on 4/13/21 for a Surprise Birthday Party on 5/22/21. A couple hours before we were supposed to be picked up, I called the company to make sure we were still on the same page. The unprofessional owner told me we had never made any reservations although the owner was the one who took all the information for this event. I sent a deposit that they conveniently didn't have an issue taking but couldn't provide the services they sold. Extremely rude on the phone and said that I was getting my money back but haven't heard from the owner. Please don't waste your time and money on this company as the owner is worried more on politics than running his business. read more

We hired Gold Crown for a birthday surprise "cruise" for my son and were completely pleased by the service and attentiveness. Easy to schedule and prompt email exchanges. On-time and with a fun "Happy Birthday!" sign for our son, very clean vehicle, well-stocked with beverages and an ice bucket for our "adult" beverage. Our driver, Don, was professional and kind. Will use them again for future trips to MSP, etc. Thanks again, Mr. Don, for making this birthday surprise for our son such a great time and fun memory for him, and us! I am starting this review during my extra time at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. Gold Crown limousine dropped me off for my flight a week ago and took down my return information and told me where to meet them today. Unfortunately they "misplaced" my return information and simply forgot to pick me up at the airport. Things happen, I understand, but when I called to let them know they simply said "we are sorry". No problem solving. No offer of something to make this up. No suggestion that they, or I, should call the shuttle and secure a spot home immediately as these fill up quick. Nothing. 45 minutes after I was supposed to meet my limo driver I was able to finally secure a shuttle ride home. I was able to get home two hours later than I expected. Gold crown, at my suggestion, picked me up from the shuttle drop off in Rochester only to stop halfway home to deal with another person not being picked up from the MSP airport. Resulting in another 5 to 10 minutes worth of phone calls while we sat in the backseat of the limo. They offered to pay the shuttle and never followed up. This is simply not a service that is worth your money. read more

I prefer taking gold crown to the airport vs the shuttle. Super Friendly service. I had the driver stop at a gas station so I could use the restroom before we hit the airport and he bought my daughter a snack. Great service! read more
