My daughter, age 25, and I had the pleasure of facials, 30 minutes in the Mineral salt spa room (totally cool and relaxing) and excellent facial care instruction while on vacation in Nashville 2 weeks ago. The store is exceedingly clean, well organized, professionally equipped with everything needed to make one's experience heavenly. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, especially Steve who personally pampered both my daughter and I with facials resulting in magnificent results. As a result, we both bought products targeted for our skin issues and tone. Money well spend.! I needed products geared more towards anti aging and even skin tone while my daughter needed products decreasing oil and breakouts. We have been using the products since back from vacation and my skin appears younger with no blotchiness and my daughter's skin is clear with few if any imperfections. I am not a stranger to facials, scheduling monthly visits to a well trained aesthetician so I knew Steve was trained and knowledgeable before,during and after our facials but was "blown away" by the products and results. He was a wealth of knowledge regarding skin care and provided email instructions to ensure we understood how to use the products. About a month ago, my teenage daughter and I went to Nashville to shop for back to school clothes. Somehow we ended up in the Gold Elements Spa at Opry Mills. We are so glad we did! The products are amazing. I purchased several of the Truffles Infusion face lift products as well as the non surgical lifting product and skin care products. My skin is so soft and the puffiness under my eyes has disappeared! I was really skeptical but I can honestly say that I love these products! I am even more excited about what the products have done for my daughter! She is 15 and has had really bad acne for several years. She has tried multiple regimens that the dermatologist has prescribed and saw minimal results. While at Gold Elements, they put the Truffles Infusion Termal mask on one side of her face. We could not believe how much it reduced the bumpiness and redness on that side. After using it for a month, her face looks better than it has in a long time. Okay, so I am A Spa snob! I absolutely love going to get facials and massages. So today, I decided to try Gold Elements Day Spa in Opry Mills Mall and my oh my, what a treat! First, the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. You feel like a queen when you walk through the doors and their products for your skin are amazing. I had a wonderful facial by Amber! She was very thorough and described everything she was doing and how it would work for my skin. Recommended some products to me that would help, which I did purchase. Benjamin was also a very knowledgeable describing to me how the products work and actually demonstrated them so I could see the difference and make up my mind. Did not feel like I was sold anything, they just shared product knowledge with me and I made my own choices and I'm glad that I went. I will most definitely be back for more services and to sit in that salt room. This is where you need to be! I'm sure this will be the new hot place for skin care. I am not sure where to even begin with all of the positive and wonderful comments that I would like to speak of. First and foremost, Gold Elements have the BEST customer service with the most friendly staff. As we know, we aren't getting any younger these days (unfortunately) so I am proud to say that I am on my journey of looking like a younger me, thanks to everyone that helped me in the store. The gentleman took so much of his time with explaining how everything works. Then, Jasmine, who usually works in LA, worked me into her schedule to show me about how we can lift our faces without surgery. I don't typically stop at kiosks but Jasmine was sweet and knew I was looking for (aka needing) and eye treatment. Then she introduced me to Tony who spent a lot of time demonstrating the amazing results of their products especially the truffle infused facelift cream. Even after a few minutes the results were real - even my husband noticed a difference! The most amazing area was how the products tightened my "turkey" neck. Thank you Tony for your time and the education. Was considering having filler injections but no longer. After the results Tony provided me I am confident Gold Elements will continue to improve my skin to be tighter and smoother over the weeks to come. It was mind first time at this mall and I was with my daughter shopping when we came across this kiosk in the mall selling this eye cream kit and the sale person there was great and she did my eye and it look great so I brought some eye cream for myself and my daughter but because we were from Canada they had to take us to the spa to change the free spa visit from Nashville to Canada and then she when to talk the Steve he was there to help with the promotion for being in business five year and gave me a free treatment and he was impressed that he gave a great deal and of course I bought some product and I am very happy the what I am seeing so far and I just started with the cream that I got I can not wait to see how will look after 6 months. My first visit was Sept of 2015 when I started using D'OR facial peeling, cream & age treatment eye serum. These are 3 products that I would not want to be without. In Sept of 2016 I went back & got the Truffles infusion thermal mask, Face lift serum, Face lift cream & eye cream. I would also recommend these products. Finding Jasmine, Hody and Aviv was one of the highlights of my trip to Nashville two weeks ago. The facial was fantastic and by using the products I'm certain I will be able to maintain and even enhance the results of the facial. My skin has never been so smooth and glowing. I had the pleasure of visiting the spa in Nashville in early Dec. I was amazed at the difference in my face with just one treatment that I purchased all the products that were recommended for me. I dealt with Noya Gold and she took me to the spa. She was so effective with the first package. I decided to let her take me to the spa. At the spa I dealt with Steve Danilo. Was enjoying our anniversary, shopping the mall when the vendors out in the middle stopped me and my husband for a try. They sat us down, gave us a sample of their product and then walked us to the spa to show us around. We haven't been using their gold elements products long enough to see if it does what they say it does, but the stuff they did use on us that day, was very noticeable. We were treated very respectful, their spa is awesome, and they are very knowledgeable about their product and it's results. I had shoulder surgery a week before visiting the spa.....as I was walking through the mall, decided to pamper myself a bit. I met my son for lunch right after getting a facial and he says, "Mom, your skin is glowing. Do they do facials for men?...." We were spending time at the Opry Mills mall and passed the Gold Elements kiosk. The young lady named Noya who is delightful used a sample of their peel on our hands. I was intrigued. She Used the instant eye lift and collagen serum on me. The results were immediate so of course I purchased the products. Gold Elements is a total scam. The sales girl used high pressure sales tactics and don't give me a minute to think or even ask questions. I felt like I was being assulted while in this shop. The products are very over priced and DO NOT WORK!!! After using the products for a month and not getting the promised results I contacted the company to complain only to be told they do not give refunds and did not care that I had any concerns. I purchased items from her and then was introduced to Steve who gave me a "mini" facial and I was impressed. Everyone in the spa was very friendly and knowledgable of the products.
