Total rip off. Products I purchased were not what was sampled. High pressure sales person. Some jars seemed to have been opened. YUCK

This place is inside Gaylord Opryland Hotel/…read more The Opryland Hotel, now known as the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, is a renowned 4-star resort in Nashville, Tennessee. It is known for its impressive nine acres of indoor gardens and waterfalls housed within glass atriums. The resort boasts a wide range of amenities including a full-service spa (Relâche Spa), several swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a water park called SoundWaves, a fitness center, and a golf course. The Spa is ok and offer lots of services with a few skin care lines but my personal favorite is " Emminence Organic skin care" and this is one of the only locations close to me. I didn't have any services done yet in this spa I normally go to a different one but they have good product and you are an Elite Marriott member you can get 10% discount in the product you just need your EMN.

The only reason this review isn't a one-star is because of the actual massage service--which was…read morefantastic. My therapist was attentive, checked in frequently, and clearly cared about my comfort and the quality of the treatment. That's the one highlight. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience left a lot to be desired. I called in advance because I had a full day to unwind and wanted to make sure the spa had enough to offer. I was told they had a steam room, sauna, eucalyptus room, hot tub, and more--all within the spa area. That either wasn't accurate or was a major overstatement. * The showers were not functioning properly--both knobs were broken and temperature control was impossible. * Towels were tossed everywhere, with no organization or cleanliness upkeep. * What was described as "ice towels" in front of the sauna were bone dry and room temp at best. * No sign of a hot tub or any inviting relaxation areas. * The water station was underwhelming, with no cold or infused water options. Wanting to settle in and make the most of the day, I asked if I could purchase a drink--maybe a glass of wine or champagne--but was told I couldn't have any alcohol before my massage, and that no drinks were allowed. Odd, but I respected the policy. However, after the treatment, I was told I'd receive a complimentary glass of champagne--what I received was a literal sip, maybe an ounce at most. When I politely asked if that was the full serving, I was met with rude and condescending commentary that made me feel embarrassed for even asking. To be blunt: the front desk staff and support team were the biggest letdown. From the moment I arrived to when I left, they were either dismissive or cold, which does not align with the kind of experience expected at a spa with this reputation and price point. If you're booking solely for the massage, it might be worth it--but if you're looking for a relaxing, welcoming, full-day spa experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This was a major disappointment.

This review is based on communication ONLY. I haven't been able to receive any services as of now…read more I was really excited when I saw this Groupon but I'm always reluctant to buy spa Groupons because I feel I'm not treated the same as if I would of have just called the place directly, but I take my chances. Besides to save money, it's a great way to try products or services for less and if you like it then you found a new place/product. So far this hasn't been a good experience. The building looks abandoned every time I have been there to try to receive the services. They have a phone number but they never answer so you can't communicate the day of the appointment for any updates. The owner called me herself the 1st time it happened. I was there 30 mins before my appointment and I thought I was able to wait in the office but no so I went back to my car and came up 10 mins before the appointment time. Nobody answered and I stayed there and nobody came. It was a very cold windy day so I went back to my car and called but nobody answered. I also emailed the email showed on the suite door I was told to go to and it also wasn't the right suite. The second time I missed it as I woke up sick (fever and chills) and rescheduled for a 3rd time that I was unfortunately running 5-7 mins behind and I could not have anybody answer the phone. I got there to the new suite number I was told to go and same, the building looked abandoned and there were no cars. So I'm still waiting and hopefully to get in. Hopefully this review will be updated soon. I really need me time.

I had an extremely negative experience with a PRX facial at this clinic, and I would not recommend…read moreit to anyone. Before the treatment even started, I was explained by the sales rep during one of their events this is perfect for event nights. I specifically booked the appointment when I had an important event. ! clearly told the provider which skincare products I use--including Vitamin C and Obaji (products they sell themselves)--and was told it was fine. I was given no meaningful pre-care guidance, which is completely unacceptable for a treatment involving active ingredients. The treatment itself was shockingly aggressive and painful. This was not "slightly uncomfortable"--it was a 9/10 pain level, with my eyes tearing throughout. She started with what said was was gently washing my face which already felt like exfoliation and abrasive. Based on everything I've since seen and read, this is not how this treatment is supposed to be performed. I even watched a live demo of this and it looked effortless. This young 21 year old they had made it feel like I was in the Korean spa getting my first layer of skin sloshed off. It felt careless and improperly executed, incredibly abrasive and aggressive. Nothing like a massage. Immediately afterward, my face was covered in red bumps and blotchy irritation. I had an event the same evening, she said I would be fine. My skin looked significantly worse than before I walked in. Instead of improving my skin, this treatment visibly damaged it. To make matters worse, the only aftercare I was given was a faded, barely legible printout, and I was quickly ushered out the door with no real explanation. Nothing except a piece of paper. Is this how you treat human beings when you should be the expert? No one took the time to properly walk me through what to expect or how to care for my skin after such an aggressive procedure. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, training, and basic client care. Between the poor communication, disregard for the products I was using, and the way the treatment was performed, I do not feel this service was done safely or correctly. While the clinic did respond after I complained, that does not undo the experience or the condition my skin was left in. I would strongly caution others before booking this service here. I have reason to believe that the "nurse" performing this named Isabelle seemed very inexperienced. I should also mention that this was hard to book this appointment as they had no one on staff to do it on the day I needed it and then suddenly they had someone with a lot of 'expertise' on hand to do it. I think I was her first patient and she had clearly no idea what she is doing. Also they offered me a release form to sign as they know they did something wrong. I should also add that when speaking to the owner about this she seemed careless, stood behind her staff and dismissed all of my complaints as issues. They offered contradictory info, between when I bought this package and when out I tried to book it. They are all about selling, not actually following thru on what they sell.
