The first time I saw her, she had me bring in all the products I was using. She went through each one and explained pros and cons. She keeps all your info/products on file, so every time you go see her she is up-to-date one what you have been doing to your skin. Since seeing her, I do not use any more prescription washes/lotions for acne. As thsi is a medical day spa, they are able to preform procedures that you cannot get done in a salon. I have also had Gina wax my eyebrows and again, she's awesome! I recommend her to all my friends. I expect to have my laser hair removal (VERY reasonably priced) here at Accent.
