All with the same problem. I wouldn't recommend this place. It seems secure with all the cameras but that does no good if the owner won't release the footage. Seems extremely odd to me.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more We rented a 5x10 unit and filled it with well-protected furniture and boxes. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped in plastic and fabric. When we returned to retrieve our belongings, we were horrified to find the entire unit had been overrun by rats. The rodents had chewed through every layer of protection, plastic, fabric, and even into the wood furniture. All of our upholstered items were destroyed. Cardboard boxes were shredded, and rat droppings were everywhere. This wasn't a few mouse droppings in the corner, this was a full-blown infestation. We had to throw nearly everything away. As anyone who's used storage knows, it's already a losing game, you pay month after month while your belongings slowly depreciate. But Sentry Storage takes this to a new level. Here, your possessions don't just lose value, they're actively destroyed. To make matters worse, when I called to cancel the unit, I was told I needed to do so in writing. The employee on the phone even suggested I fax the cancellation, yes, in 2025. When I pointed out how absurd that was, I asked for the store manager to call me so I could cancel like a normal human being.

My storage wasn't clean when I moved in, so I swept out everything before I moved it in. There was a lot of dust build up but it was an easy clean They had the first month free and the price is comparable to the other places I looked at, so if you check online, they usually run that promotion from what I've seen. The staff is friendly and helpful and that always makes me feel good about coming back if I ever need to down the road. They have an app that allows you to pull up to the gate and it's supposed to open the gate on its own, but it doesn't work. I wish they'd take the time to get that fixed!
