She had a really positive attitude about our request and even came up with a digital rendering for us, so we could feel confident in their ability to proceed with the request. We met Angela in person and she was so friendly and thorough in assisting us through the design process, including everything down to the most minor of details. Jim, the jeweler, did a fabulous job of creating the ring and they were able to accommodate a request in post-production that made the ring absolutely perfect. As we discussed the issue in the store, an older man that may have been the manager piped up and told me to take the ring somewhere else and pay about the same amount to get it re-engraved. One of his coworkers, who was clearly embarrassed by his statement, pulled me aside and said she would look into it and try to help me. She did not. Absolutely incompetent help from multiple employees, misquoted prices, damaged property, and dishonest business practices. Not a great experience that I will never repeat with this establishment.
