So I went in in to sell some South African krugrans and I also went in to sell some silver, and I was given a quote that at at first I thought may have been a little bit under the mark, Ryan noticed that and told me "hey, I want you to be comfortable" and said I should start calling other places to double-check. At first I wasn't going to do it, and then he doubled down and said, "You don't look like you're comfortable. I don't want you to feel like I'm giving you a bad deal. Call other places and see if you're getting a good offer from me." Not only did I go and call other places, I quickly noticed that the price that they were offering was a very fair price considering the rest of the market. Ryan was great to deal with.
