Natalie is hands-down the best injector I have ever seen. I found her about a year ago when I needed undereye filler dissolved from another injector. I could tell immediately how knowledgeable she was about injecting, so I had her start doing all my filler, and she also did microneedling. She is the absolute best. She has a very artistic and detailed eye and understands facial balancing. And probably one of the BEST things about her that I truly appreciate is how honest she is. Recently, she could have easily taken my money and given me a bunch of things I asked for during an appointment, but instead, she assessed my face and gave me her honest opinion about not needing what I was asking for. (I will admit, sometimes I want everything. But I know Drs who will give me everything, which ends up making me overfilled.... hence why I met her in the first place, lol) I appreciate this kind of honesty more than words can express. I know that with Natalie, I will always get the truth, what's best for me, and a true artist's assessment, and that is exactly what I look for in an injector. Not to mention, she is extremely skilled, but that goes without saying. Her work is amazing. I think what makes her different is she truly loves what she does. You can see her own interest in it. That always makes a difference with injectors and anyone working with skin; you can tell when someone has a passion for the artistry and science behind something vs someone who just is in it to make money. I also appreciate that she will listen to exactly what I want or how I like something done (like my lips), and she will fulfill my requests when it is something that is needed, and she will do it exactly the way I like. Now onto why I won't go to Skin Savvy or recommend. Went in, received the procedure, left...for the $$$$ it should have at least lasted more than 2.5 (if it even was that long) months and from what I was told should last at least a year. Lips were not good. Thought it still just needed time to heal..etc. I was heading on a trip for 3 weeks. Embarrassing. Ended up going to a reputable place for a consultation to give me all my options at this point. I texted Skin Savvy to let her know..and that I was told it needed to be corrected and should be no cost, however when I texted I was told I can either "wait". 3 more months it'll be dissolved by that time (3 more months? That's a crazy response ) or pay $450. I paid enough to have it corrected without cost. Apparently there is no customer satisfaction I I do not recommend going to Skin Savvy.
