The information that they provided and Kurt's certifications, AGS and GIA, made us feel at ease and confident that they could create a beautiful ring. We asked if they had Marquise diamonds or if they could bring some in for us to look at. After a few days they called us to look at two diamonds and different settings. The diamonds and settings we're so beautiful it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. I eventually decided to get a plain halo setting. I got my rings soddered together waited 2 weeks to get it back only to find they soddered my rings on CROOKED. So they sent it in again, two more weeks, re-soddered. My diamond was loose 2 months ago, brought back in.. I didn't even get to wear my ring for my honeymoon due to that, held it for another 2 weeks at min.. today the diamond just fell right out.. they wanted to send it in again, but I refused until I speak to coporate or a manager.
