Yes, items like laundry detergent.... Weird. I have seen stores that keep expensive OTC drugs or expensive make up items under glass or plastic doors, but never seen detergents. I thought this was really odd and funny at the same time. The store itself is small, not as big as other ones in the Providence metro area, but they do have 2 self checkout counters in the front of the store.

I transferred my prescriptions here because they have a drive-thru window and they do answer the…read moretelephone. But I am no longer going to use them. I needed a pain prescription filled, I was in severe pain from a procedure. The doctor made a small error which prevented them from filling the prescription. When I called because it was delayed, they were rude, told me it was not their fault, and that I should call the doctors office myself. I finally got the doctor to fix the prescription, but then got a message from the pharmacy that they needed another 90 minutes to fill the prescription, by which time I had no way to pick it up. I called them to ask if they could expedite it and they refused. Then I called to see if the prescription could be delivered and that was not possible either. The person on the phone accused me of being rude and "cussing her out" which I absolutely did not do, and hung up on me. I was in severe pain and really needed my medication, which I ended up not being able to get until the next day. I was not rude or inappropriate, Instead, the staff were insensitive, unsympathetiic, unhelpful, and rude to me. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions and never entering that store again.

I had my consult with the secretary because the laser tech was in an appointment, I would have rather met the actual tech. I bought a package for the bikini area. At the appointment, I noticed that the tech did not outline the area to be covered. I told the tech I wanted to keep a "racing strip", which I had cut short but did not shave off. The tech told me not to open my legs!? So I sat with knees in bent position and the crease didn't get any laser. She started in a back and forth row pattern on the top left side but then did a brisk pulse down the labia. On the right ride, the tech (Lynn) did not do a "row" pattern and just lasered random spots. Then she hit my racing strip with two pulses and now I have two circular bald spots!!! I'm livid! She didn't pay attention to detail at all. The labia area and crease had zero effect at all. Probably because it was not done thoroughly. Do not go to Skinsational for laser hair removal treatment!
