This store is great for jewelry repair! On Friday, I dropped off two rings and a necklace to be repaired and they were ready by Wednesday. One ring needed to be resized, one needed to be repaired (the band was cracked, and he fused it together), and the chain of a necklace had broken. The ring was resized perfectly, and is done in plenty of time for my wedding! The other ring that needed to be repaired is a family item from 1921. This ring is almost 100 years old. When I picked it up today, I was in shock! He did such a good job cleaning it and repairing it, that it does not even look like the same ring! It looks amazing! My fiance even made a joke that he should have used it for his wedding band. The necklace repair was perfect as well. I also wanted to note that Humberto is such a friendly, sincere person. We had a little bit of a mix-up on when the jewelry would be ready, but he handled it perfectly, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. I can't believe how fast he fixed my ring. So I broke my engagement ring last month after it slipped and fell on the floor cracking a piece of the opal off. I was heartbroken and wasn't sure if I would be able to get it fixed. I initially took it back to Zales where my fiancé had gotten it since he bought the warranty. They told us that they could send it out and see if their people would replace the stone, however there was no guarantee that they would do it. This would have taken them 2 weeks just to find out if they would do it and another 2 to have it fixed if they did. After deciding to take it elsewhere in hopes of having it done sooner I was recommended by my fiancé's grandma to come here. I came in on Monday and asked if he could replace the stone, he said he wasn't sure if he had a stone in shop but he would check, if he didn't he said he could get one and have it ready by Thursday. Fast forward to Tuesday and I get a text from him saying my ring was ready. I came in and it looked brand new! You couldn't even tell I had gotten it fixed! My reply to that is be nice to customers and potential customers, list your lunch hours or at least indicate by a simple note on the door, will be back in XX minutes, getting lunch.
