By the time, within two days, it was shown he was mistaken he made no amendments to his report; and that affected the loan status. He used words like may, perhaps and might, when discussing possibilities that would affect and frighten anyone considering homeownership of an aging residence. He offered unsolicited, personal opinions about fixtures and vintage and design which contradicted the buyer and caused discomfort and undo concern. In a nutshell , he is a classic example that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
