I found this spot specifically thru the "Top 100" 2026 list on Yelp. This is one of the few restaurants featured in Colorado, so I had this spot on my list. After finally making it out with my friends during my travels to Denver, I can definitely see why it was reviewed well enough to make it. The Banh Mi sold here aren't the typical Banh Mis you would find in Viet shops because they put their own twist on these traditional sandwiches. They have really unique options & a good variety of meat choices. It seems to have some French/Japanese/Korean influences woven into these creations. The menu in-store also offers detailed photos of whats inside as to help you make your very difficult decision on what to get. I personally got to try PHO-FRENCH DIP which features beef brisket. Upon first bite, it was delicious! The brisket is plenty. The hoisin & sriracha sauce paired with it all. The veggies appeared fresh & crunchy. The bread was fully baked in-store. Since it's a tribute to the french dip, they had their own rich pho broth type soup to dip it in which complemented the sandwich well. The dip was good enough to kinda drink as well. Overall, I felt the food offered here is great - you can't go wrong with any decision. My friends and I said that we were all impressed & would like to come back again if possible. I ended up at Golden Banh Mi almost by accident. I was killing time before a trip into H Mart and wanted something quick to eat. Normally I default to Korean stew around there, but that whole area in Aurora is packed with options, so I figured I would try something different. Golden Banh Mi kept popping up, so I went for it. First thing, this is not a traditional banh mi in the strict sense. The bread stood out right away. Crispy outside, soft inside, but not a classic baguette. That said, I am not knocking it at all. It worked really well for the sandwich and honestly tasted great. I ordered the pho beef banh mi, which I had never seen before. The beef was easily the highlight. Really good quality, well cooked, and then they take it a step further by giving you a pho dipping sauce on the side. That combo alone made it feel different than anything I have had before. It also had that sweet sauce and extras that you would potentially expect from a pho - just laid out in a sandwich. Service was also a big win. The guy taking my order was genuinely friendly, helpful, and just easy to talk to. It felt like he actually cared that you enjoyed what you ordered, which always matters more than people admit. I like that the menu is small and they have photos of each option deconstructed so you know what's in each one (makes it easier when I take my friends to eat banh mi for the first time so they know what's to expect). I ordered the pho dip. At first I was like ughhh do I want to pay $14 for a banh mi but when it came out, it was loaded. There was a lot of meat with an equivalent ratio to the veggies. It was cut in half for me. The sandwich was so large that it barely fit into the pho broth. I was skeptical but the pho dip was so good. It's reminiscent of pho but at the same time, it's good enough as its own entity. Very delicious. My friend had the curry and he said it was also really tasty. A friend suggested this spot and so glad they did! It's not too far from HMart (Aurora location) and they have a wide selection of bahn mi sandwiches. The team was friendly and kindly sliced our sandwiches into thirds so the three of us could each try a different sandwich. We ordered shrimp tempura, breakfast, and stake bahn Mi sandwiches and enjoyed the Thai teas as well. The food took a bit longer than expected and they were busy during the visit with many customers. Delicious banh mi! A little pricy at $14, but at least they don't skimp on the protein. Their baguette is honestly perfect and made fresh. You can buy just the baguette but only when they aren't busy. I enjoyed their roasted pork belly more than the braised pork belly because I wanted the braised pork belly to be a little more tender but both were solid. They don't have the conventional banh mi combos like cha lua, xa xiu, thit nuong, dac biet - the closest one would probably be the roasted pork belly. We absolutely adore Golden Saigon, so of course, have been meaning to try Golden Banh Mi. The staff is so nice as always. Now walking in, I was disappointed they didn't have the traditional cold cut banh mi, as this is more of a fusion place. The options they do have sound so good though. They had things like their "Pho-rench" Dip, their take on a French Dip, and a Chicken Katsu Banh Mi. With this, I saw that each Banh Mi was about $14-$15, which is pretty steep for a banh mi. We ended up getting the Roasted Pork Belly. It was a little over $15 for one. When it came, they pre-sliced it for us since we were sharing. It was absolutely loaded with everything and came with a curry sauce. It was very saucy already. I loved it, very savory. I definitely want to go back to try more, but the $15 price tag puts me off a little bit. Otherwise all delicious and great service. read more

The sandwich and all of the fixings blended together so well, it delicious. It is a really big sandwich so I couldn't eat the whole thing in one sitting. call the ingredients were fresh. The bread was super soft and full of multiple flavors that work well together. The juice that I got to go is a broth instead of a French dip sandwich dipping juś. It's a great idea that was executed perfectly to dip the sandwich in when I got home. The staff is courteous. Alex who I believe is the owner or co-owner was extremely polite and walked me through the process of the sandwich and the ingredients. The restaurant is a year and a half old. It is extremely clean and well kept. While I was there the other man who made my sandwich started cleaning all the tables and making sure everything was fully stocked. I really enjoy all of the art on the walls and dining furniture. Heard about this spot from a friend, so decided to check this place out. Took my parents here, who normally don't eat banh mi (this detail becomes relevant later). Overall so tasty and the sandwiches are huge (def could have shared one sandwich across two people). Kind of on the more expensive end of things (I'm from OC in California where we can find good banh mi for a cheap price) and not super traditional banh mi, but for what's around here, it's really good.
