It was also fairly spicy, so let them know if you want it milder. They slice the tofu fairly thin, which makes it easier to get crispy I'm sure. My friend's Chinese broccoli was also very tasty. It's not really broccoli but a type of kale with stems that has great health benefits. The stir fry broccoli with garlic sauce didn't have a ton of flavor, but it was cooked well. I really didn't taste much garlic in it, but it was bright green and crunchy. They make their own sauces in house and the yellow mustard was not as spicy as the ones you get pre-packaged. The sweet sauce for the spring rolls was very nice; I added it to my tofu, which went together nicely. The red chili sauce was more sweet than spicy.
