Okay, so let's just say this spot was recommended to me, and since I've been stalking the West Side lately since they look so good , I checked it out ! The Egg Rolls are the Golden Dragons. I confirm the 5 STAR ingredients and flavor. Not to mention the crispy crunchy but still moist shell. Amazing. Really the best. I love good egg rolls. But everyone , these are Golden Eggs! You look good over there on the West Side. Campbell. Pick up spot really. But there are some seats. Bus stops out front. Handicap accessible walkways. I can't believe how nice these neighborhoods have become over these last few years. Really have made nice improvements and this Business is another fine example of that! The food was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We couldn't eat the egg rolls they tasted like dog food. The Singapore noodles were terrible, they must have dropped an entire bottle of cumin in it. The orange chicken had an inch of batter on them. Never order here. read more

I recently started coming here with my mom and so far the food is good but I just ordered and I used the top lid as a plate and I ended up finding some sort of black molding of some sort. This is really disappointing considering the fact that my mom likes this place especially their coconut smoothie. I really hope this isn't black molding or anything and it mights been something of the black container. We were so impressed that there was such good Chinese food near us that we had no idea about! ready really fast (they said 10 mins, took 10 mins), it is very clean and orderly when you go to pick it up, prices are reasonable, and they packed everything in really nice Tupperware with extra utensils. I ordered the lunch special with the Bourbon chicken, and it came with so much of the entree, rice,an egg roll, and a pop. Everything was delicious, especially the bourbon sauce. If it were not for a 'Golden Dragon' brochure being placed inside my mail box I would not have known it moved to the area. With 'King Wok Gourmet Asian' being two-hundred meters away from it and typically where I order my Chinese food; part of me did not want to do business with this restaurant. Now, the other half of me considered using it more for ordering delivery which I rarely take advantage of. Furthermore, it wasn't until driving enroute from work to my apartment building one afternoon I considered picking up takeout at this restaurant. With it being new; it was half set-up with only one table near the window, and a few bar stools under a long table along the wall. I would hope that in the future they would add more furniture inside; maybe a television to give it more of a dine-in feel verses takeout which King Wok offers. For the first time I ordered beef lo mein to try something other than my typical choices of chicken fried rice, sweet & sour chicken or sesame chicken. My food came in a very timely manner which many Chinese restaurants excel at. For that, Chinese restaurants are always second on my list to visit when I want my food served quickly. The beef lo mein tasted nothing less than great, but tasted better the next morning after I heated it up in my microwave and ate it all. On a last note, I do wish to see this restaurant grow, but it will have to bring a lot more than what it consists of at this moment in order to compete with King Wok Gourmet Asian, which has that dine-in appeal and already established on this side of town. I have given this place a try twice. The first time there was a long Brown hair in my food. The second time, yesterday April 24th, I ordered Singapore noodles with SHRIMP. After paying for my order I asked for a receipt and she told me I didn't need it. "It will be stapled to your order"! This place is surprisingly really good. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, Mongolian beef, and egg rolls. The egg rolls were delicious, the shrimp fried rice was good (I'm never a fan of the shrimp that's usually used, but this one was ok) and the Mongolian beef had really good flavor. My only issue was with how much onion was in the Mongolian beef. It wasn't cooked all the way through, so it was just a really strong flavor. Removing them solved the problem though. Bulk low quality food. I live close to this place was hoping that it might possibly be good, and I was wrong. Bulk amounts of low quality food that isn't even worth the affordability factor. The egg rolls are awful, spongey outside and weird dry contents. Beef and broccoli and shrimp fried rice were very typical with the beef and broccoli saturated in bulk purchased low quality sauce. The smoothie (which I purchased separately) was ultra sweet to cover up the unripened watermelon they used. On top of all this, I ordered online and when picking up they tried to charge me an extra 2.32. I order for Mother's Day General Tso chicken lunch special for $10.95 it was supposed to have baby corn in it. Not so, but guess what, it had green bell peppers in it which gives me indigestion. What's to like about Golden Dragon is the typical low cost and large portions in Chinese American take out. I do enjoy these every now and then, because the level of stir fry in a commercial kitchen is so much better than what I can do. The restaurant is brand new and looks sterile - kind of like walking in an empty room with a counter looking into the open kitchen. Their garlic white sauce is very strong, which I liked in the chicken with peapod. I bit into a couple pieces that had connective tissue, and that wasn't appetizing. Would give it another try, although the won ton soup was a waste. It was tasteless and the pork won tons were overcooked to the point of being dehydrated. read more

Today I ordered the Chicken Chop Suey, the first thing I noticed was how oily it was, some had already spilled from the bowl inside of the bag.. I've eaten here plenty of times, not the best but I've had worse..while eating today, I could tell something in the mixture felt slimy-like.. I spit it out, it had this gelatin-like texture.. I called the restaurant to inform them in which I even explained it looked like snot.. she simply apologized & stated it was gravy.. at one point I asked her did they use eggs, thinking it may have been the whites..& she asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement in which I accepted..after hanging up I kept saying I don't think I can eat it now.. or ever..
