It Acai, Fresh-pressed Apple Juice, Cherries, Banana, Strawberry, Pomegranate. Topped with Housemade Raw Granola, Seasonal Berries, Almond Butter, Shredded Coconut, Goji Berries, Bee Pollen and Housemade Coconut Whip. This is a must must try. I'm so sad I didn't love this place. I can't tell you how long this place was on my list. Acaí bowls are my fav so I was super excited but the one I got was so disappointing. First, the portion they give is massive.. but you're also paying like $15 for it too. I was disappointed to see my bowl just look like mashed ingredients on top. When you walk into this juice bar, you get the energetic vibes. There is a cool venue decorated and a cool staff that is helpful and friendly. We ordered the Green Magnolia and World Order(substitute berries for chocolate). The world order was great, there was a good amount of peanut butter and it was creamy and filled with healthy minerals. The Green Magnolia is for someone who wants all green: the drink is heavy on greens and it is not sweet. Overall, the experience was okay. I believe there are quality ingredients but the pairings are off in my opinion. I don't believe you should mix citrus with milk based but overall the drinks were still good. read more

Experience: JuiceRx is located in the middle of Bucktown, right next to Wicker Park. When you enter, it appears to be small, but after further observation, there is actually a small second floor with limited spaces (Tables/Chairs). They even have board games, which is pretty cool. The ambience of the place is definitely casual/ coffeeshop vibe. It seems like you can get work done, even though I did personally did not try during this visit. Parking: There is paid street parking, but there is free parking in small streets (EX: Cortland). Just ensure you look at any hidden signs prior to parking. Do not want you getting an unexpected parking ticket. Worth: I would say it is worth going to at least once. The drinks and acai bowls are definitely healthy and taste good. At the same time, it is for sure on the pricier side due to the quality you are receiving, so take that into consideration. I honestly forgot what I order, but I was told it was one of their popular drinks and it taste like a PBJ (As pictured below), which was good and very fulfilling. read more

Other than that there's paid parking all around. This location is nice as it is located in bucktown. Once you walk in, it feels like California. The setup is aesthetically pleasing with fake plants and a cute upstairs seating area. They offer free samples of the ingredients right by the register and quick to-go drinks if you're in a rush. My boyfriend got a smoothie and I got a custom açaí bowl. There's also a coupon for 20% off if you check in! The bowl is pretty big and they jam pack it so it's worth every dollar. Next time I'll choose one of the recipes they have because my custom bowl was just okay but I think it's because it was my first açaí bowl and I wasn't sure what went well together. I am from california I am super picky about my juices and smoothies because the standards for health food is so high out there, this place has and is on par with the quality I get in california. I have gone to other smoothie/juice bar establishments in Chicago and was dissapointed none of them were as good as this place. customer service here is horrible. after standing in line for 20+ minutes, not being acknowledged at all i asked the man working "can we order?" and he said "no there are other orders ahead of you.". i was second in a line of 7 people waiting just to order. the employees were too busy working on online orders to care to take our order or even acknowledge we were here. no "welcome" no "how can i help you" no taking of orders. the man in front of me had been waiting even longer without being acknowledged. the smoothies looked good but i didn't get to try because we decided to leave! after 20 minutes of waiting and being told we can't order because online orders are priority we gave up because it didn't seem like they'd help us anytime soon! there was a man and a woman working and nobody acknowledged the customers waiting to order. horrible service and practice. if people are waiting lined up for awhile to order, at least take their order!!! but really they should prioritize the people who are actually physically in the store over the online orders because now everyone will just walk out. we figured it we had mobile ordered while in the line it would've been faster than waiting for them to actually take our order. ambiance was whatever, bad set up causing you to be crunched up front waiting in line and it seems like there was some seating in the back. not a fan of being ignored & unable to order a smoothie. i don't have an hour to wait around for you to finish online orders. help the customers who are actually there next time.... if you're reading this and you want a smoothie, order it online at least 20 minutes in advance and hope they actually made it so it's not melted by then... horrible timing and horrible staff.... can't speak on the food cus i didn't get to try! read more

So not bad for bougie bowls these days, but I do think it's more of an Instagram photo that people may go for as they make their bowls extremely appealing to the eye. Don't get me wrong the bowl was good but I was a little thrown off by the banana chips in the bowl in addition to the bananas. The problem was waiting for the toast. There were 3 employees working and more people were coming in. We waited a very long time for the toast because one employee was doing inventory instead of my toast and the other 2 were making smoothies. So the people after us, 3 people, got their smoothies as we awkwardly waited for the girl to finish counting things in the fridge to make my toast, which took her about a minute to make. I thought it was rude to make us wait when she could've done inventory after making my toast. It's just bad customer service, especially after I tipped on already expensive food items. read more
