I love a good smoothie from Joe & The Juice. We first tried them during our honeymoon in the UK and are thrilled that they've branched out and opened multiple locations in Chicagoland area. Customer service was great and staff friendly. The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of the confusion with where to order and where to stand without crowding customers sitting at the table. I feel like there could have been a much better design plan for this location as the front becomes super congested by the doors.

Great spot for a healthy quick bite! Packaging is recyclable and food is fresh! They were open late in a Friday night too! Noise level was low, great for chatting, studying or working!

I didn't realize how poorly this chain is reviewed in Chicago. I have only had good experiences in NYC. But my $16.80 sandwich today was terrible. It was not toasted, they forgot the pesto, the avocado had already become over ripe in the fridge, and I had to throw half my sandwich away it was that bad. I rarely give places less than 3 stars but I also almost never throw any food away in my life. The staff behind the counter was idle and overstaffed, busy discussing their dating lives and absolutely unbothered with customers. I am so mad right now - $16.80 for a sandwich I had to actually throw away.

Walking through Chicago this morning I came across Joe & the Juice. I was feeling a little hungry so I stopped for a light breakfast. I had the yogurt bowl and a double espresso. Service was quick and polite, for a simple yogurt bowl with fruit and granola I found it quite tasty. The shop appeared clean. There was some wear on the furniture but nothing major and it indicated to me that people come here often. Price was a little high for what I ordered but I expect that being close to the Miracle Mile drives that more than anything. So it was not unexpected. Overall good experience and I'm happy I stopped!

Iced Vanilla Latte + JOE's Spicy Caesar

The service was great, the kind ladies offered suggestions. They suggested the iced vanilla latte and the spicy caesar sandwich, which was wonderful. At first, I was worried the thin bread they used wouldn't hit the spot, but I was wrong! The sandwich is very filling + the iced coffee was the best I had in a while, the syrups seems to be great quality. The meal was pricier in my opinion since I'm from the south, but it was totally worth it eating in a chill coffee shop with excellent vibes.

This place has gone down hill in both service, quality and cleanliness. I have returned hoping this was short lived but each time I came every location is dirty, poor customer service, extremely slow and lacking in quality. I think this chain has seen its day and it's over.

I always love the places in Chicago because each interior has its own unique thing. True coffee vibe when you come in. Lots of seating so if you want to chill here it's a nice place. I have to say the turkey sandwich was really good. It was light and fresh. The vanilla latte was a little sweet for my liking but I definitely know for next time to have them put less syrup. Next time I will definitely have to try the juices, but the ginger shot was good!

We stopped in and ordered three different juices, and everyone loved what they got! Each drink was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The customer service was great -- the girl who helped us was super friendly and very helpful with recommendations. The vibe inside is cool and welcoming, with a nice atmosphere that makes you want to stay and relax. Definitely a great spot for a quick, refreshing juice and good energy. Highly recommend!

We had a delicious "Tunacado" Sandwich at Joe and Juice Food Hall at the base of the Willis building after visiting Observatory Deck. Definitely worth it.

I absolutely love this place! While it is a little pricey, I thought it was so good. Especially because of the type of food it is. The ingredients are so fresh and seriously SO good. I got the matcha energy and a sandwhich and omg. My mouth is watering just typing this lmao. The person who took my order as well was so funny and personable, I will definitely be back!

Honestly one star is a bit generous in my opinion. The drink is supposed to be a nutty protein shake but I was given unicorn tears instead. They insisted that it was my order and the system must have "autocorrected" and so this is my order. I also know I ordered correctly since my emailed receipt also said the nutty. Additionally for a shake this was VERY thin. Not at all what I would expect from a shake. Finally the door is not accessible. It is very hard to open and you must use a lot of force. This was not just the case for me but also the people who came in after. As a side note, I was sharing my experience with a friend who briefly worked at Joe & the Juice and he said a key reason he quit is because they often ran out of items and instead of telling the customer they were instructed to leave out ingredients just making it incorrectly or to make something else. Ethically he thought that was wrong.

Joe and the juice is my all time favourite coffee shop. I love the smoothies and juices there but this time we tried something new - Iced Espresso Tonic, which was quite tasty and refreshing. The Avocado sandwich is the best thing on the menu and quite filling. The ambiance was quite casual and chill, one can bring their laptop and work there. The place was quite busy, hence why the service was a bit slow because they had only 3 people making everything. Overall, great experience!

    Tuna sandwich

Loved the tuna sandwich, but easily replicable at home not worth the price, and juice would not reorder.

We started with a mocha, a solid, well-balanced drink that wasn't overly sweet and was just perfect. We didn't plan on eating here, but the menu was way too tempting. We ordered the cinnamon roll, and wow. This was insanely good. Most cinnamon rolls in the U.S. feel like sugar-heavy, cinnamon-flavored buns, but this one was light, flavorful, and beautifully made. The irimshik on top really elevated it, subtle, warm, and just sweet enough. Easy 10/10. Next was the cottage cheese pancake, which was also very good. It had a generous amount of cottage cheese stuffed inside, and paired with the sweet irimshik dip, the dish came together really well. 9/10. We then tried the qattama. It was good. flaky, crispy, and reminded me of a paratha. It came with a sour irimshik dip. While each component was good, I felt the qattama would shine more with a gravy-based dish. 7/10. Finally, we ordered the Nan Salma pasta. It's a tarry-based white sauce pasta with a unique flavor profile, and it was genuinely yum. Definitely something different and worth trying. Highly recommend it. 8/10. You have space to sit down and work as well. Service was good too. Some of the dishes might take 7-10mins to get prepared. It's not like your daily coffee shop who have stuff ready to go Overall, a great spot with unique food and a welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back. 9/10

First off, the staff were nice so this review does not have to do with them. It has everything to do with the atrocious, offensive liquid that they dare call coffee. When you walk in, the space is small, humid, and dirty. The tables were all sticky with drink residue and crumbs everywhere. It's the Loop so I'll give some grace but it was pretty unpleasant. We ordered the strawberry matcha and vanilla latte. The matcha came out murky green with an attempt of making it look nice with a chaotic splattering of strawberry puree/sauce (?). It tasted like it looked...trash. You might be wondering, "Well why would you order a matcha here?" And you would be correct. In my defense, you would think that if there is a drink on the menu, it would at least be somewhat good but now that I think about it, that might be too much to ask. Now to my #1 gripe, the latte. It was watery and nearly flavorless aside from the diabolical acidic taste that assaulted my tastebuds. For context, we HATE wasting food/drink; I could probably count on one hand how many times I've done that in my life. We threw away the lattes after a few forced sips; that should tell you how nasty it was. Bad coffee, bad drinks, it happens. But paying ~$8 for each drink really does rub salt in the wound. I will NEVER drink Intelligentsia coffee again. In the grand scheme of things, my review doesn't matter but if I can warn at least one other person about the atrocities this company commits to coffee/matcha, then maybe it will make up for the waste of money & time I spent here.

The Royal Burrito at The Loop seems to be a little different than the one listed on Egg Tuck's website, so I just wanted to alert you to that. Specifically, at The Loop's Egg Tuck, they use Korean Beef instead of the "Signature Beef Patty." While I cannot vouch for the latter, I can tell you that the former is absolutely amazing!!! The tortilla they use is also solid enough to hold the contents of the burrito until the last bite, which is a rarity nowadays as more and more places skimp on solid products.
