We ordered the garlic chicken combo, General Tso tofu, and vegetable fried rice. The combo came with a side of soup and an egg roll and rice. We picked hot and sour soup, vegetable egg roll, and fried rice for the options. I was most impressed with the fried rice. It was hot and steamy and fresh. It was not oily or greasy at all. All of the vegetables tasted good. Nothing was soggy or overcooked. The char flavor from the wok came through incredibly. I've paid a lot more for fried rice that's not even 1/10 as good as this. Was very excited to see that wood ear mushrooms were used for the hot and sour soup. This is really hard to find. You can tell they don't just use a powder mix - the egg and tofu were also very silky and not hard or overcooked. The garlic chicken was definitely also a surprise. Lower the sodium during the velet process and it will be perfect. Broccoli was nice a crispy and nicely complemented with the savory sauce. Chicken eggroll was good but needs more filling.
