This is our go to spot for pho! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cozy ambiance definitely feels like you're in someone's home enjoying a meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The family that runs it is so nice it's always the same three people. The gentleman and his wife are so sweet! The egg rolls are amazingly delicious and we get them every single time!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]So I love this quaint cafe. We entered into another world from San Bernardino.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My husband had the Vietnamese coffee and he said it was delish. We just had some appetizers as we needed to just grab a snack. The egg rolls were served with a tasty sauce. They were the perfect kind of crispy. I like the tempura shrimp too. We had the desert snack of friend bananas! All of it was served with a happy smile from the owner. We will be back to try the pho!

After a long day of snowboarding in Big Bear, we wanted some soup and this was the closest Vietnamese restaurant in the area. It's a pretty busy intersection but it has a small parking lot so you should be OK. We got there around 5:30 and the restaurant was empty, but it felt very homey. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and it felt like I was speaking to my family. They didn't have the Nem Nuong but we ordered the shrimp version instead and it was actually pretty solid! I like the additions of bean sprouts for the crunch. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and the broth was great. It wasn't the traditional BBH broth with the pork blood, pork feet (which I don't like anyway) and meatball. I think they were catering to the demographics of the area. Plus I was hungry so it was soothing to my soul. My gf and two other friends got the Pho. The broth was really good. I honestly wouldn't mind coming back here more often if I'm in the area. It was only $58 for the 4 of us and hot tea. Food was super cheap (maybe because I always think of OC or LA prices) and service was super fast. Thank you Lotus!

The service was great and so was the food. It's close enough to the court house for lunch breaks.

Best Pho and service in all off San Bernardino. An absolute gem! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Middle of heat wave or bitter cold winters this place always hits the spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Place is owned and operated by the sweetest family. Always super friendly and hospitable.

Best Vietnamese food in the area!!! This is the SPOT for a delicious, fresh and filling meal. Don't skip out on the egg rolls and garlic chicken wings for appetizers, they are so good!!! I ended up getting the special vermicelli bowl (dac biet bun) which was so yummy and fresh!! It comes with egg rolls, grilled chicken and grilled pork. The portion and prices are also super good value. Highly recommend if you are looking for a tasty and fresh dish. Some of my friends also got the pho and it was piping hot and delicious as well. You can't go wrong here with anything you order. Service is also quick, friendly and fast. The owners are super sweet and kind to their customers!! I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Service was average for us but it could very well be due to a big language barrier. Food was good. Iced coffee was good, too, but overpriced for the amount of beverage you actually get compared to the ice. It's mostly ice. Their menu looks really promising, lots of pictures, with lots of variety. We had the wonton soup, shrimp noodle soup, sugar cane shrimp paste rolls, and grilled pork banh mi. The sandwich was served on a crusty French roll rather than a baguette, and I believe it was $5.50, which seems fair. It's in a bad part of San Bernardino (Baseline), but it is nice and peaceful inside with lots of seating. Our total was $48 for the food and 2 iced coffees.

the food was delicious and the taste was to die for the service was very good and we felt at home [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance is very much cultural and lots of space to enjoy[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I'm so happy we stopped by today. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The inside is very well maintained and tidy. They have a good menu as they serve different/variety of Asain dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. We ordered Thai: green papaya salad, Cambodian: beef/ chicken sticks, Vietnamese: Pho, Vietnamese: Bun luc Lac, Vietnamese: beef Banh mi, 6 egg rolls, and two Thai: teas with boba. The dishes are homemade with love. They taste like and feel like you we're invited to someone's home to eat grandma and mom's home cooking/ recipes. Definitely a great spot for some good eats!

On the bland side lacking the usual bit of sweetness, sour, salty and peanuty all together. Nam Kao Tod Laosian dish not bad but a bit too spicy. Cambodian marinated Beef Sticks flavorful but meat not very tender and on the dry side. Fried banana was good. Had to rerun fried shrimp for being too spicy (good flavor though). Sticky rice and mango was good but overall it was a mix feed back of different tastes. May have to come back again and give it another try and enjoy more.

It's a small place inside a strip mall plaza. Whenever I do come in to sit down, I'm greeted almost immediately and seated almost immediately. I like to order in Vietnamese at Vietnamese restaurants so that my order doesn't get messed up, but often times, the younger servers don't understand it so I end up ordering in English and describing what I want or pointing to the picture/number. Food comes out fairly quickly and when I'm done, I just go to the register and pay, all less than an hour inside the restaurant (although I tend to eat alone and quickly). I almost always order the bun Bo hue bc it's one of my favorite soups and theirs is pretty good. Their pho is also pretty good. I also like their rice plates, but definitely could use some work. The prices are a bit high for Vietnamese food in this area in my opinion but since this restaurant is prob one of the better ones of all the options in IE, I'm willing to pay for it.

I found that completely inappropriate. No customer should be told they are being charged extra simply because an employee remembers them. If there are pricing policies, they should be clearly explained, not enforced in a personal or confrontational way. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked another employee for his name and instead of helping resolve the situation, she told me he was the nicest one there and said that if I did not like it, they could cancel my order and I could leave. I had done nothing wrong and was simply asking for clarification. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and dismissive. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, not approached with attitude or threatened with extra charges. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant because of the poor customer service. Its the lil Asian guy who always is always upset when u ask something

The restaurant itself is very spacious with tons of seating, but that honestly made it feel awkward. No music, no vibe--just a big TV in the middle playing a Vietnamese food channel. Interior was average, nothing memorable. Service was okay. The server told us to sit anywhere, brought menus right away, and then the food came out WAY TOO FAST, which immediately felt off. When the pho arrived, the noodles were overcooked and hard. And honestly felt like it might've been someone else's order that got handed to us. That alone was off-putting. As you can see in my video, there was no steam coming off the pho, meaning the broth wasn't even hot. The broth was... eh. Not rich, not flavorful, just a very mediocre blend. Nothing comforting or standout about it. I don't have a photo, but the egg rolls were also overcooked and disappointing. No lettuce or pickled carrots/radish on the side either, which is a big miss for me since that's how I like to eat them. Also, don't be fooled by some of the Yelp reviews. Especially the ones with 1-2 reviews. Feels very friends-and-family fake reviews. And a lot of "best ever" praise, yet most of them don't even talk about the pho. Just banh mi, spring rolls, Vietnamese crepe, or rice porridge. And one guy claiming this is the best pho out of LA and OC? Come on. That one definitely felt like a family member. First impression? Probably won't be back. There are way better pho spots around that are actually worth the visit.
