Looks like still under renovations. Small Dine in area available as well as to go orders. Flavorful pho and staff friendly. The Resto is conveniently located inside the supermarket, so before or after shopping you can indulge in their delicious cuisine.

Its located inside of SM Seafood Oriental Market. New ownership as of October 2014. The beef pho is a must try. Taste almost like home if you ask me. The market also Fry's fish for you ! Ever since the new owners took over this store is getting better and better. Looks better as well. The head chef at the restaurant is a nice lady and enjoys your feedback!

Legit Viet food for a pretty good price. The lady was really eager to please. The pork was hella delicious but it was too much food. Make smaller portions for less price would make this my to go place. The décor is lacking but what do you expect you are eating in the middle of a grocery store. One star off for the flies.

I just want to say on a side note what a responsible thing that is for a business to utilize the holiday weekend to improve their business to better serve their customers. Well when I got to the front door, it was locked. I sat down at the bench in the shade to find another location to feed my soup dumpling desire when lo and behold the most amazing man named Tiger walked up. I shared my bench in the shade as we started casual conversation. Then to my surprise he was one of business owners. To my surprise he and Casey opened the door and made me the most amazing chili oil dumplings that I've ever had!!! Tiger. I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for feeding my soul and my belly at the same time today. I give your business a five out of five star rating, and I wish you much continued success and happiness in life. I have traveled much of California some of Oregon and Washington and this is by far the best I've had.

It's not great, it's not terrible - it just exists. A lot of the bad reviews cry about "rude…read moreservice," but let's be real: most of that is language barrier and their communication style. Personally, I've never had a major issue here. Probably because I don't complicate things. I walk up, say "Combo B. Half and half. Orange chicken and BBQ pork. To go." That's it. Food comes out. Transaction complete. LOL. I've been coming here for years because it's close to home and the portions are heavy for the price. You're not paying for vibes, smiles, or someone asking how your day is going. You're paying for a styrofoam container so full it barely closes. If you need warm customer service, eye contact, and a life story with your order, this might not be for you. But if you want cheap, filling Chinese food and can survive a brief, no-nonsense interaction, you'll be just fine. Helpful Yelp tip: stick to the Chinese food. Do not get adventurous and order the Hawaiian food or the random extra items on the menu. It's not good at all, and curiosity will only hurt you here.

The flavor was good and I enjoyed them, but unfortunately they were missing one of my favorite parts of xiao long bao. The soup. There was very little to no broth inside. The braised beef noodle soup was easily my favorite dish. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, and it came out at the perfect temperature. My only complaint was the noodles themselves. They were pretty tangled and clumped together, almost like they had been sitting refrigerated before being added to the broth. Once separated, though, I really enjoyed the dish. We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. Overall, I'm glad to see a place serving good Shanghai style Chinese food in an area where there aren't a ton of options like this. Definitely a place I'd come back to and try more of the menu. 7/10
