Employees were told not to disclose there was asbestos and lead. We ended up having to contract another company after obtaining report from insurance. They tripped the electrical to nearly the entire home. Did not repair it and did not notify us. We only found out when we went to the property. Food spoiled in the fridge, we were not compensated. They threw out stainless steel containers, glass containers and pieces to our ice cream machine , again not compensated. Removed the sensor and handles to the fridge, not reattached. The owner tried gas lighting me stating evaluation of damage was not complete after they had submitted all damages to the insurance. He stated they don't waste payroll on that stuff until they are doing the work. Tried salvaging cabinets that were clearly not salvageable. Tried saving cabinets with water damage. Damage a piece of furniture they moved without emptying it. So much to list. Just do not contract this company.

This was a week ago. Gus and his crew were very on time daily. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process, what needed to be done, the extent of the water damage. 4 days later, the affected rooms are empty, base boards removed, openings on the drywalls, carpets and padding removed. I am waiting for the repair estimate from the insurance company, then the next chapter of reconstruction should start.

I always research many companies before settling but JW Home Care's reviews speak for themselves so I knew I would be in good hands! Making my appointment was extremely easy and they definitely work with whats best for the client. With all the rain that has been going on, I started noticing some leaks near my attic which happens to be in my bedrooms closet! I started to notice that my carpet was getting more damp, and with the fear of molding I gave them a call. Jonathan carefully inspected the situation. He completely dried out my whole closet, and luckily we caught it before mold but he did explain that they would cut it out and they would use a anti mold spray that protects my home up to 6 months, and have hepa filters to filter the air for mold particles. (I definitely learned a few things) Which was very important for me because my main concern were my animals. I didn't feel the need to go through my insurance so Jonathan let me pay out of pocket. Hassle free. I cannot recommend this company more! Not only was the issue fixed, my wallet was happy as well! Will definitely use again if I ever have water damage, mold, or smoke damage. Unprofessional unorganized business I ever dealt with. They said this job would take two weeks…read moremaybe 2 1/2 we're going on the second month now stuff is still not done. They did things they were not supposed to do five different foreman that show up on the job nobody's on the same page. Nobody knows what's going on. When they say they're gonna come out to do work. They don't show up. Things are broken. Things are missing. Please do your homework. My word of advice.
