The other company had matched us with a carrier that required us to drive 11 miles for a midday pickup during the workday, which simply wasn't going to work. I searched Reddit heavily for real-world experiences and found Jared. Jared got to work immediately and spent the entire morning hustling to secure us a last-minute spot with a local carrier that could pick up directly from our home -- on a weekend, no less. He charged a flat fee with no surprises, and his communication throughout was excellent. The result? Our vehicle arrived days earlier than the original company had even projected, and it showed up in perfect condition (maybe a little muddy inside, to be expected as they have to drive it on and off the truck). If you're in a pinch and need someone who will genuinely go to bat for you, look no further. Five stars without hesitation.

Since those are exactly the areas where many companies fall short, I reached out to Laken without hesitation. Her pricing was competitive, but what set her apart was the service. From the first quote inquiry until the moment my car rolled off the hauler in perfect condition, she kept me updated every step of the way. She was transparent about which carriers she had worked with before, responded quickly to every question, and even while waiting on updates from the driver, made sure I wasn't left hanging. What impressed me most was the pride she takes in her work. It was clear throughout the process that she treats this work seriously and values her customers. I had been nervous about shipping my car from a dealer lot in Minnesota to my home in Tennessee, but working with Freedom Logistics and Laken made it a smooth, stress-free experience. I couldn't be happier with my decision.
