I wanted to check this egg farm out since it's closer to my house than the one I usually go to. There's parking on site, once you enter there's a house to the right and the warehouse where you go in to buy the eggs is straight ahead thru the light blue door. It's a very tiny space maybe two customers can fit at a time. The prices are good and they have different sizes and colors. You can pay cash or Zelle only. If I run out of eggs before my shopping is done for the month, I'll come here to get eggs. read more

Farm fresh eggs straight from the source! I think I just randomly saw this place on my feed when I was in the area, so I definitely wanted to check it out. They have a good variety of different eggs in terms of color (brown vs. white) and sizes for sale along with some honey. The place is cash only and has a hidden gem vibe to it. I mean, you are literally going to the place where they produce eggs and buy it direct. I get that egg prices have fluctuated and have gone up recently, but honestly, when you're here cutting out the middle man, these are going to be probably as cheap as you're going to find them and fresh as well. I saw some people working and walking in the farm area, but only really had interaction with the person at the counter and they were very friendly. Due to the rising egg prices in stores, we wanted to check out the local egg farm. It's easy to find, located on Live Oak, a side street off Foothill. They also have a separate little parking area. The lady at the counter was very friendly and answered all our questions. We bought 90 large eggs for $48. $16 for 30 large $17 for 30 extra large Prices above on 1/31/25 That is definitely cheaper than many stores. It's only 53 cents per egg for large. I checked at Aldi yesterday and Vons today, prices per egg were approx. 65 cents. We will definitely go back. read more

Eggs here are amazing. The have brown and white. Regular and jumbo. Sometimes they do sell avocados and honey but those are not always available. It's first come first serve . The staff are friendly and welcoming when you come in. It is small one or maybe 2 people can be inside. Otherwise you're really crowding the space. Haha you can wait outside. Delicious grade AA eggs brown with orange yolk. I really enjoy these eggs. Prices have gone up right now it's $18 for 3 dozen which is about .50 cents each. Still worth it. Prices have gone up because of the bird flu but it's still worth your money considering they are sold out and prices are jacked up for 1 dozen currently everywhere. When I first started purchasing, the price was in the mid-$30s--a fair price for fresh, local eggs. About two months ago, the price increased to the mid-$40s, which I accepted despite the rise. However, I was shocked to find that the same large box of eggs now costs $65. When I asked why, I was told the price went up because more people were buying smaller packs instead of the large boxes. That reasoning felt counterintuitive. My wife pointed out that raising the price of the large box would only discourage people further from buying it, driving more people to the smaller options, and we were told, "That's just what they decided to do." To make things more frustrating, the competition sells the same large box of eggs for $15 less--and it's only an extra five-minute drive. While I've always appreciated the quality and convenience at Golden Fresh Egg Ranch, I can't ignore such a significant price difference. Learned about this place from my folks that live in Fontana. They sell different size eggs, brown or white. Occasionally they have raw honey and avocados for sell as well. Be aware of the nasty smell when come here. Understandably so, they care for hundreds of chickens here. This place is CASH ONLY! Great prices but no different from business costco prices. You can purchase one case of 30, a huge box 150 eggs, or you can ask the owner to sell you more eggs at whole sale prices (minimum order required per month) I called to ask a few questions -What are the chickens fed? They are fed grains and soy is included in their feed -Are the chickens cage free or pasture? These chicken are cage free and do not have access to pasture -How fresh are the eggs we purchase? These eggs are fresh. usually collected days before being sold to you. Although Pasture raise chicken eggs are prime, this would be the next best option. Who knows how longs it's been since our grocery stores have been collected. We have purchase from here a few times and have not had any bad experiences with these eggs, no allergies, no food poisoning. read more

Great alternative to Eggflation @ the regular grocery stores and markets. On the 1/6, it was $10 for a flat of large eggs, quantity of 30. Then yesterday, it was $11.25 for the same flat. Going from 33 cents an egg to 37.5 cents beats paying for 50-65 cents plus per egg. I came here several yrs ago when the egg prices increased due the laws changing for chicken/hens. I recommend calling to check the prices before you go but it's basic supply and demand. read more

I've tried their omega-3 type large eggs and compared it to a happy egg brand that has the same amber yolk. Maybe it's the price talking but the happy egg brand one taste better. The Golden Fresh Egg Ranch are also good but when you cook it for an omelette, the omelette is kinda of weird sponge looking while the happy egg stayed the same consistency as a normal egg. read more

We saw a huge sign on Foothill St. Farm fresh eggs we must be nuts not stopping to see what's it all about. My first instinct an egg farm here in a residential? Curious, and yes a small farm situated slightly off from a one story home. As we enter we saw a production line with employees stacking eggs from the convertor belt to the egg carton and boxed. The selections are amazing from small eggs to slightly cracked eggs I was told great for baking. Huge brown eggs and white eggs. Wowza! Talk about taste the difference! I'm so impressed with the taste of these eggs! Each week I make a trip to buy 30 eggs for my family. Prices are so reasonable and there's a variety to choose from, cage free included. The difference I notice visually is the shell seems thinner, the yolk is yellower, and at times you will find a little bit of blood in the egg. Hasn't bothered us carnivores at all, because they taste so good. Although my preference is egg whites I will definitely have scrambled eggs when I buy these eggs.
