Juan was the technician who came out today and he was friendly, punctual (including a phone call to let me know he was on the way) and represented his employers SO WELL! He explained everything about the company services before he began. I had all of the carpet in the house cleaned, three bedrooms, an office and a large hallway, as well as a complete cleaning of our sectional couch. Juan pretreated the carpets with a special solution (we have two senior doggos) and then steam cleaned the carpet making it look almost brand new! The stairs are so exceptional I can't believe I didn't get brand new carpet today! Our sectional couch is only about a year old but I wanted to keep it looking fresh and I am amazed what Juan achieved with the careful and diligent work that he put into cleaning each and every side of the furniture. He disassembled the sectional so all pieces could be cleaned on all sides. It looks incredible! I plan on having North Coast come back out to do the large tiled kitchen and living room as the grout is a headache. I will never use another service again - we have had some underwhelming experience with one of the *ahem* larger well known companies before. I wish I had known about North Coast years ago! Then he starts w/an assertive tone & says they were scheduled between 1 & 2 (which was inaccurate. It was 1330-1400). At first he said he had nothing going on-does he have time to get food. I said yeah , let me finish this 1 thing & Ill call u. then he changed & said he's not gonna wait around all afternoon, i'll see u at 1330. I said probably not, but Ill be there when I get there. At that point I lost confidence in their ability to complete the job. So i immediately called him back, told him i was cancelling the service, he acknowledged & i hung up. Then they start repeatedly texting/calling wanting to return, which I ignored. Even two days later, I got a voicemail claiming I stood them up, never called, and left their worker idle -- none of which is accurate. I cancelled immediately and communicated that cancellation directly. My time was wasted & it cost me extra money too.

The moment I explained that I smelled dog urine in the carpet, he immediately dismissed me, repeatedly telling me he'd "been doing this for 30 years" instead of actually listening to what I was saying. The most disturbing part of the visit was that he eventually stopped speaking to me entirely and directed his attention only to the man who was with me. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I left feeling belittled, ignored and treated as though my opinion didn't matter. Based on the way he interacted with me, I found his behavior toward me as a woman deeply disrespectful. He also wore his outside shoes throughout my home, insisted the issue was candle residue despite there being no candle wax, and then left before completing the job. The carpet issue was never resolved. If your first instinct when a customer raises a concern is to dismiss them, talk over them, ignore them and walk away without finishing the work, you have no business providing customer service. This was an appalling experience and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
