The moment I explained that I smelled dog urine in the carpet, he immediately dismissed me, repeatedly telling me he'd "been doing this for 30 years" instead of actually listening to what I was saying. The most disturbing part of the visit was that he eventually stopped speaking to me entirely and directed his attention only to the man who was with me. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I left feeling belittled, ignored and treated as though my opinion didn't matter. Based on the way he interacted with me, I found his behavior toward me as a woman deeply disrespectful. He also wore his outside shoes throughout my home, insisted the issue was candle residue despite there being no candle wax, and then left before completing the job. The carpet issue was never resolved. If your first instinct when a customer raises a concern is to dismiss them, talk over them, ignore them and walk away without finishing the work, you have no business providing customer service. This was an appalling experience and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

Then he starts w/an assertive tone & says they were scheduled between 1 & 2 (which was inaccurate. It was 1330-1400). At first he said he had nothing going on-does he have time to get food. I said yeah , let me finish this 1 thing & Ill call u. then he changed & said he's not gonna wait around all afternoon, i'll see u at 1330. I said probably not, but Ill be there when I get there. At that point I lost confidence in their ability to complete the job. So i immediately called him back, told him i was cancelling the service, he acknowledged & i hung up. Then they start repeatedly texting/calling wanting to return, which I ignored. Even two days later, I got a voicemail claiming I stood them up, never called, and left their worker idle -- none of which is accurate. I cancelled immediately and communicated that cancellation directly. My time was wasted & it cost me extra money too.

He was very sweet and did a really good job getting most the mess out in all the places that got gross....but still some stains and extremely wet carpet ! I let them know. There were a couple spots and they told me let it completely dry, and if it was a problem, they completely stand behind their work they would take care of it. I called them today to let them know. I do have two spots that are still noticeable and they tell me in order for them to come out and clean the spots. I have to pay $125 which is half of what I paid them to come to begin with so they don't stand behind their work cause now they want me to double pay them to come do the two spots. I call that a little shady and they don't stand behind their work, shame on you. I have 3 dogs, never asked for a mattress to be cleaned... only the front of the chair... I also knew that the spots affected would be more wet than the rest of the carpet and when Jordan called me back, I was told half of what I paid. I paid 250 and half of that is 125 one spot he did in my bedroom. I didn't even see before and after he did it, it's surfaced.
