They'll also charge you as much as possible to fill out simple forms (like a DMV disability placard) and then fail to fill them out correctly. Avoid if at all possible.

I needed a referral to a specialist, and she connected me with a wonderful one in my area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Runyan - she explained everything clearly, was genuinely interested in my well-being, and calmed my nerves. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

The app listed a restriction for September 19th only. I arrived promptly at 8am. I was greeted by a nice person at the front desk. She unfortunately told me that I could not get my vaccine at this time. She stated that it was because there was no physician in the office and that their lab is limited to just blood work and the basic flu shot. She proceeded to tell me that a doctor will be in at 0830 if I wanted to wait or come back. I decided to come back at 0830 and run a few errands in downtown Burlingame/ wait in the car. I came back at 0830 and a provider was in house. I checked in and was able to get my shot. It took about 10 minutes from checking in to getting the shot to leaving the facility. The same person in reception helped me and she was very nice about it. I just wished the times and restrictions were more up to date.

She's a strong proponent of good nutrition as a contributor to healing and made sure I ate small amounts of soft, nutritious food. Although our time together was short, Melodee's extensive knowledge, high standards, and attention to detail were a significant contributor to my recovery. In addition to her professional skills, she's a friendly, comfortable person to be around. It was easy to put my trust in her because she's such a lovely human being.
