He said he'd be there in an hour. He was on time. He said the price for my job should be "about" $155. After 30 mins, I asked is this job still $155, he said Yes, but charged $10 extra... No problem though because he had to stand outside for a LONNNNNG time to get this job done, it took longer than expected cuz I had a missing part in the lock that prolly contributed to the problem & delay. If I get locked out again, I won't bother with the other 5 star guys cuz I contacted about 4 of them before via email and they either didn't respond OR they emailed me back saying "give them a call" even though I clicked the option that says Request a Quote and was very detailed in explaining what I needed done. Long story short, the work was done well and he didn't give up on trying to figure how to fix that tricky 3rd lock of mine. read more

I emailed for a quote and within 5-10 minutes Dani replied immediately (he was the first to reply out of the 5 other locksmiths I contacted). All of his communication (via email) was quick and very helpful. We were quoted a great price however, I did not take into account the location where I needed service was outside of their area. Unfortunate indeed however my brief interaction with Dani led me to save his contact info so I can use their services for a job within their service area. I found this locksmith via Yelp so I figured I would put in a good word for them. I was locked out of my condo and used this company. I called and they were able to be at my house within 20 minutes. They were way less expensive than any other locksmith I called. They were $110 for just the bottom lock. Dani was great. I called him on a Friday and we made an appointment for the following Tuesday morning. He was on time and professional. I had been having problems with my old lock which resulted in me getting locked out one evening. In order to avoid future lockouts, I needed the attention of a locksmith. It's important to note that I have an original door with the original 7-inch mortise lock, which dates back to the 30s. Dani wrestled with the original lock and while the lock was still fussy, I thought that it was good enough to prevent future lockouts. Unfortunately, the following days, I got locked in. The fussy lock failed me. I called Dani back and he came back our the next morning to fix it. No additional charge. So far, the lock is performing well. Great Service, Showed Up on Time, Fixed the Problem! I had to fix a lower door knob and had a extra top deadbolt that had been frozen for years - Golden Hands Locksmith came out and worked several hours - replaced the lower doorknob and the cylinder on the deadbolt. Only cost me $159.00. They had to spend several hours here because it was an old metal door and was difficult to align correctly (likely due to the initial install). Highly Recommend! read more
