Some complaints include that there is a large amount of dogs nearby (in the neighborhood) and they tend to bark at anything and everything. You are in dairy country so you notice the smell of cattle nearby (especially early morning). I would recommend this complex to people who want to start out or become long term residents. My only concern is I see that young lady always on foot but the men on golf carts? Even in blistering hot weather she was always on foot..... I remember a couple years back the other cleaning person would use the golf carts but she doesn't? It kind of makes it seem like discrimination if I am being honest. I have talked too a couple of my mother's neighbors and they all agreed it seems like they are discriminating that young lady. Could it be the way she looks and dresses? I'm not sure but it doesn't seem fair for her too be the only person on foot. We did come up with a solution. By the time it starts raining and she is still on foot in rain we will set up a GoFundMe account too get this hard working lady her own personal golf cart.

At least the manager/owner got him to stop at 10pm (per the rental agreement terms).

Any time we have had a maintenance request, although rare since everything is so nice and new, the staff (Jose) is very prompt in coming and fixes things on the spot. The apartment is very spacious, plenty of closet space, and front door/lights/air conditioning are all smart and can be controlled with your phone. The on-site gym, dog play area, swimming pool, and "clubhouse" (multipurpose community room with pool table and ping-pong, full kitchen, and living room with TV) are nice and well-kept.
