Recently brought a watch in for repair. One of the hands on a smaller face had fallen off. I was told that the jeweler would need to evaluate my piece before committing to the repair and got a follow up call that it could be fixed. I drove from Orcutt (North County Santa Barbara County) to this store because of their reviews and after having very pleasant conversations with Kim and Howard. When speaking with Howard prior to bringing in my Citizen Eco Drive watch, he was very knowledgeable and patient in providing me a mini-education and tips on how to maintain my watch in perfect working condition. It is hard not to become cynical as one gets older and less trusting, but Kim and Howard are honest, professional and kind human beings and take their work seriously. They were worth the 2.5 hour drive to have my watch worked on by them. If you live even closer, then you are that much more lucky to have a jewler and watch specialist near you. read more

Visited this jeweler to have my watch band replaced with another one (from a different watch) and the gentleman worked tirelessly for twenty minutes to remove and replace the difficult silicon bands. After he finished, he explained the difficulty and in a friendly way and did not charge me for his service. While they were being worked on, I asked her about the watches on display and she personally walked me to the display cases to show me what they have and to tell me about their current specials. Literally walked in, handed my watch to the super friendly smiling woman, and I was ready to walk out mere moments later. I didn't even finish walking around to peruse all of their jewelry cases. Here are the prices for a battery replacement: $10 = standard watch battery $15 = lithium watch battery We have been here many times before for various things, including adding or removing links from our watches.
