David and Nathan were fantastic to work with. My email and phone contact were mainly with David and I can tell you he is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a lock and entry door handle set replaced. The prices were fair and the service excellent. Anytime I called or emailed, I got a reply right away. They also tried very hard to accommodate my hectic schedule! When my appointment time came, Nathan showed up to uninstall my old lock and handle and put the new one on. Through every step he was explaining what he was doing. He was very polite and neat. Also wanted me to make sure that I tested the lock and handle to make sure I was happy with the hardware and install. He also measured multiple times so that the handle and lock were straight and in place. After install, he cleaned up the mess and was able to make an extra key on the spot. That was certainly convenient because I had planned to go to Lowes to get copies after he left. That saved me a trip!
