I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

Mike was able to understand what I was communicating and bring it to life. John Linder was assigned to do the work. He has a meticulous attention to detail and takes great care in his craftsmanship. He's not the fastest guy around but he will do the job right. In the end I would rather have right than fast. Our bathroom is my favorite room in the house now. It's my own little retreat.

We hired Robert to install new exterior doors, interior doors, baseboards, casing, and to frame several existing openings. While he wasn't the lowest quote we received, his pricing was fair and absolutely justified by his skill and attention to detail. Double the labor is not ok...) He even had entire days he chose not to charge us because he kept making mistakes (of his own accord). Not to mention he can't tell white oak from red (even tho oak is in his name) and replaced a bunch of our flooring with the wrong type of wood. He also did not finish the kitchen windows... said he'd be back in a few days.. then strung us out for months til we finally had someone else call to get through to him and he told us he wasn't coming back... ....he said he "didn't make money on this job" even though he was charging us HOURLY!!!! like....idk what to even say except this was very wrong.
