My friends and I had room credit to spend from staying at the Conrad and Golden Monkey Tiki Lounge was on the list of places eligible places that the credit could be used. We stopped by when they opened at 5:00 p.m. and happened to come right when they had their Happy Hour, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. During this hour, all drinks -- minus the bowls, are $10, instead of their usual $18 - $20. I ordered their "Fire Dancer" cocktail, which included "Patron Reposado, Tanteo habanero tequila, Nixta elote liqueur, spicy mango syrup, and lime". If you enjoy spicy drinks, you should give this drink a try, as the heat is intense! Overall, the drink was a tad unbalanced, but otherwise the flavor was good. The bar is very dimly lit, like your typical tiki bar, but the music felt very out of place. The punk rock music blasting over the speakers was quite loud and made it a bit hard to talk with each other at times. Lastly because there was only one server and one bar tender, service wasn't the fastest. From the time we were seated to when we received our drinks, it was roughly 30 minutes later. Overall, I would rate Golden Monkey Tiki Lounge a 3.5, and round up to a 4 because of the Happy Hour pricing.

Came here on a Saturday night after the Jabbawockeez show for a cocktail, party of 4. Was not crowded at all surprisingly. Vibes are tiki-adjacent, not like a typical tiki bar but tiki themed. A little more upscale than typical tiki bars. I got the emerald isle and my husband got the funky monkey, drinks are about $20 each here. Pros: - fun theming, not bad given that it's a hotel lobby vibe. Fun tiki cups/glasses and fun fake monkeys in cages/barrels on the ceiling. - Drinks were either really strong or really tasty, and I can't be mad at either of those things - Pretty fast service - but this is likely due to us coming like half an hour before closing time - comfortable chairs, fun lighting Cons: - I wish this was open later!

Whimsical barrel of golden monkey lighting.

We arrived during Happy Hour, and were delighted at the $10 prices for a nice selection of tiki inspired libations. Our group of six easily found seating together and ordered a Scorpion, two Guava Gals (which arrived in fabulous fish-shaped ceramic ware), a beer, a Rum Runner and a club soda. Something for every taste. They did a nice job with the vibe, this is right off the casino lobby. The staff was plentiful, helpful, and the place was quiet during our visit so we could talk comfortably. We'd definitely stop in or meet folks there again for a fun drink or two before or after a meal in one of the many Resorts World restaurants. Locals self-park free!

One of those places we just wanted to check out since we particularly love tiki bars and lounges. This one was not the traditional tiki that we expected but it was a nice atmosphere with interesting decor. The tiki mug they use are pretty cool and the music variety they play overhead was very good. Staff was friendly and attentive, and it was a nice place to just sit back and kill some time. The drink prices were also fairly reasonably and they don't have Mocktails on the menu but they will make you one at your request with the variety of juices they have at the bar. They don't take reservations, but there were plenty of open seats on a Friday night. Unfortunately, they don't serve any food or snacks. Overall, we had a great experience here at this tiki lounge.

I wish we would have read James T's review before coming here. Could have saved ourselves the disappointment. We walked past this place shortly after checking in and made it a must do as we have visited other tiki bars and loved them. The esthetic here is great! Love the wall cup display, the art, the fabric on the chairs, the monkey statue outside the entrance....all of the ambiance was great!........ EXCEPT THE MUSIC‍ it was all we could talk about sitting in there was how off putting it was and did not go with the vibe AT ALL. It totally killed the whole thing. After reading James' review I couldn't agree with him more! This is basically a facade of a tiki bar. My sister's drink was disgusting and tasted metallic. She wouldn't even drink it. We could have considered sending it back but we got there at 11:15 and they close at midnight ( lame) and as soon as our drinks were brought to us they asked if we wanted anything for last call so there was no time to ask for something else Such a shame because we were really excited to find this place and made it a point to go. Great concept....terrible execution and for goodness sake CHANGE THE PLAYLIST! That might make a huge difference in the experience and make it more enjoyable. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is the cups and decore really were nice!

I got drawn in by the vibe. Stayed by the mermaid theme. Feels like I'm under the sea with the Little Mermaid swimming and going deeper and deeper. Golden Monkeys hanging from cages reaching down helping eachother. Pine tree beautifully lit green forest and under water theme. Luxury seating and couches with his place is really elevate with a beautiful looking ceiling. Jessica greeted me at the host stand and also served me with stellar service as she also checked in with the many guest sat in about 8 parties. Props to her for bouncing to all the guest! She deserves a raise and more! Highly recommend this spot! The drinks were tasty my fave was the ube coconut flavor drink ! Can't wait to come back and try the others!

Little tiki bar spot in Resorts World. We have gone by twice and each time it has not been busy either time. Drinks can be a little slow to come out but overall test great and pricing is on par for what you would expect ($15-$20)

If you like classic tiki cocktails or are looking to venture into new twists on these beloved drinks, this bar is for you! Amazing varieties of rum and other specialty liquors if you want to call your own. We were the only party in the bar and had discreet and attentive service. The music was on point and we could have stayed longer if we didn't have an event. If you find yourself at Resorts World, this might be the best place there. Small snack foods available.

We really enjoyed having a couple drinks at this lounge off the beaten path. We had a hard time finding it, but then found a worker who told us exactly where to go. It is right by the Hilton check-in desk at Resorts World. I wouldn't call it a true tiki lounge, more of an upscale bar with tiki drinks and some decorations. We liked the vibe and the drinks, we will be back.

We had arrived to Genting Palace a little early, and decided to pop in next door on a whim. Probably the most polished tiki bar we've been to. (We've been to a couple, not experts. This is considered maybe tiki inspired/tiki adjacent? LOL.) Loved all the vibe, the tiki cup walls, and the barrel of monkey light fixtures. A little quirky and fun! Not sure if this is a deal run at all times, but we got a deal with our local IDs. (Ask if available, love a good surprise deal!) Food menu had a few offerings with items you could easily find in HI. I was surprised! If we hadn't had dinner plans, I would have ordered a small bite. We ordered a couple rounds of drinks. Loved all the cups! My favorite was the "One way ticket". We also ordered the "Guava gal", loved it was topped with a fresh orchid. Popped that behind the ear haha. We'd love to come back! Service was attentive and speedy. Place was quite empty, but loved like it felt we got the best experience. The music playing was 2000s throwbacks, and it was nice to hear music from that era. No problem for us with volume or selections. We're easy to please. Nice first visit!

There aren't a lot of tiki bars around, especially on the strip. So if you're looking for one, this is probably your best bet. It's located near the front desk of the Hilton/Conrad at Resort's World. The ambience is more upscale-casual lounge vibes with tropical undertones rather than being a full fledged tiki bar if that makes sense. We walked right in and sat ourselves at the bar on a Saturday night. There were people hanging out but it wasn't busy. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The only thing that felt off to me was the music. It was all over the place from hip hop to rock to oldies. The menu has a good variety of drinks. If rum isn't your liquor of choice, they have other options which is nice. I went with the Fire Dancer ($16) which had tequila and spicy mango syrup among other things. If you like spicy margaritas, you'll enjoy this one. Even though it had fire in the name, it was my sister's One Way Flight ($17) that came with a show. It was a very tropical drink with rum and fruit juices. Both drinks were strong! For me, the mugs are half the fun of going to a tiki bar and the ones here are so cute. There's a cool wall with all of them displayed and I was very tempted to take one home with me for $35. I would recommend this lounge if you're staying at Resorts World and looking for a chill spot for a drink.

This is a modern take on a tiki bar. We walked in right before last call at 11:20 pm. This place doesn't seem crowded but we there on a Thursday night. They are open later on the weekend. We ordered one drink each and loved them, so we will be back to try more. The Saturn was delicious, perfectly balanced. If you want a tiki cupcakes look at the menu picture or ask for one. It is tucked away near the Hilton suites and Crockfords west elevators.

My friend and I read an article that this place is opening 4/17/23.... {the day we leave to go home} :-( We are here now (4/14/23) and decided to stop by. IT'S OPEN!!! The waitress said they just opened tonight! {barely 2 hours ago}. It's so cute in here. Decor is on point. More to come, waiting on our cocktails.... Cocktails came. The presentation was super cute, especially mine. I got the Rum Runner and my friend got the Bird of Paradise. We enjoyed them both!

It's the world's only 24 hour Tiki Bar, opening its doors in December of 2008, nearly 18 full years ago. It has a spacious but limited parking lot, bright neon sign, cool outside entrance and even more wonder inside. True to tiki decor with island themed fixtures, tables, patterns, seating and ambiance. Hints of surfing culture, rockabilly and retro. Perfect signature original or classic tiki drinks via their menu as well as full bar, soft drinks and beer. The Makalele Knockout is probably one of my personal favs with rum(s), lime, hibiscus and a incredible blend of flavors. However the Tiki Bandit, Frankiestein, Dr No, ScruV and numerous others might speak to you. I've been to Frankie's a few times about 10 years ago, so it was nice to stop in with a group of buds and share some convo as well as meet up with my oldest best friend and her wife, who ironically is who I came to Frankie's with those first times a decade ago. All tiki drinks are currently $15 and well worth it. You're able to drink, gamble (at the bar), smoke, converse, sway (good music) but limited space and enjoy the night or day away. Seating goes quick at night, especially on weekends, but arriving earlier (before 8pm) can help. Sometimes tables, seats and areas open up faster if you're patient. All the staff, including the bartenders and door guy are thoughtful and personable. We eventually got part of the area that's slightly enclosed with a great view of the entire bar especially being a group of 6 to 8 at once point. High recommend.

We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

Hubby has been wanting to try this place for a while. We flew in to Vegas early Saturday afternoon…read moreand drove straight here after picking up the rental car. Very close to the airport. Plenty of parking in the back. When we got to the restaurant, we were told it was fully booked and we needed a reservation. I suggest making a reservation on OpenTable if you plan on dining inside. The hostess told us the back patio will be open at 5pm and it is happy hour all day until close. We only had to wait 15 more minutes. The patio had a Tiki Italian vibe. It was first come first serve. We were the first in line. Our son picked the booth with the most shade. There are misters throughout the patio to help with the heat. The servers were amazing, each one checked on us multiple times. We ordered happy hour pizza & drinks (all half off). And pasta & salad. The portions were perfect for sharing. We even had left over pizza for dinner later. We ordered half Meatlovers & Supreme pizza. Both very delicious with plenty of toppings. The wedge salad was also very good with just enough veggies, bacon & blue cheese dressing. The Shrimp Fra Diavolo was a hit. Just enough big shrimp and the marinara was a little spicy but still savory. The best was dessert crème brûlée. It was just the perfect amount of smooth creamy vanilla custard topped with caramelized sugar. Unfortunately we couldn't stay to hear the band that was setting up, but will definitely be back again!

We went to see the Sonic Shakers, one of our favorite local bands, at this fun, trendy Tiki bar. We…read morehad already had dinner, so we just had a few drinks. I was looking at the food as people were receiving it, and it all looked delicious. The drinks were a bit pricey. I enjoyed a delicious mai tai for $15. It was really good though. It's a great venue for outdoor music and tiki themed cocktails!

Had a really great time here! I have never splurged on a bar/club like this, but it was my friend's…read morebachelorette and a table for 4 on a Sunday was a $500 minimum spend, which isn't bad split between the 4 of us. Note that it is significantly less expensive to go on a Sunday or M-W than a Thurs/Fri/Sat would be... When I was there, they were very strict about their no photos policy. A few people in the club took their phones out on occasion, but it was nice to be mostly distraction free. The people I saw attempt to take photos were reminded of the policy and forced to delete the photos. I watched it happen twice... The security was locked in this night- Huge security staff and everyone could see them enforcing policies. The bottle service was great. Expensive, of course, but you know you're paying for that. Our server was so kind and accommodating. The busser was incredibly attentive. We got a bottle of rosé and a few cocktails. The cocktails were delicious and quite unique. Lon the Don was my favorite. The live music was incredible! A lot of talent and a wide variety of songs. The energy was electric. The DJ between live sets was great too, he really kept the hype going. This club is worth the hype and the splurge.

The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a more intimate, sophisticated feel compared to larger Las Vegas clubs. It's a great option if you're looking for something stylish with a strong music and ambiance focus. The overall vibe is smooth and elevated -- great music, well-dressed crowd, and an atmosphere that feels exclusive without being overwhelming. One thing worth noting is the camera policy. The venue emphasizes a no-camera experience, which I understand is meant to maintain privacy and keep the focus on the moment. However, I did notice a few cameras out and about during the night, which made the policy feel a bit inconsistent. Not a major issue, but something that stood out. Overall, it's a great spot for a more refined night out in Las Vegas. I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely return.
