We recently met Angela , one of the newer managers who is very friendly. She approached us to see how our drinks were, even when it was pretty busy at the bar. The Chandelier bar also refreshes their drink menu a couple of times every now and then while still keeping some of popular drinks on such as the Verbena cocktail, which is nice. They have three floors , and every menu is different than the other. We highly recommend the Espresso Old Fashioned, a combination of two popular drinks. The staff will also make anything to your liking , as long as ingredients allow. It's definitely a can't miss spot if you are staying at Cosmo, or just bar hopping on the strip. The vibe is awesome!! Bartender was nice, though, and it was easy to get drinks and find a table. We got two colorful cocktails, Butterfly-ing Forever and Strawberry in the Rye. The butterfly drink was purple for some reason, made with Tequila Ocho blanco, Calenda mezcal, and butterfly yuzu emulsion. I'm guessing the "butterfly" was the purple butterfly pea flower, and not actual emulsified insects. In any case, the drink was good. The strawberry cocktail mixed High West Double Rye with strawberry, orange curaçao, Suze, and Angostura bitters. Also quite tasty. We ended up taking our drinks to go and heading back to our room. This was more fun and relaxing than hanging out at The Chandelier, but we did enjoy our brief visit and our brightly colored cocktails.
