The Deck Rooftop bar was not busy on an early Saturday afternoon. Which was great news for our party of four. We were able to secure a section and order 4 cocktails. The drinks were good and the service was even better.

The rooftop deck bar at Ellis Island is a hidden gem. The views of the city are fantastic, especially at night, and the atmosphere is laid-back without feeling boring. Drinks are solid and well-made, with a good selection of beers to choose from. A really nice touch is the complimentary snacks they bring out -- totally unexpected and appreciated. Service was friendly and attentive, and it never felt overcrowded or chaotic like some Strip rooftops. If you're looking for a chill spot with great views, good drinks, and a comfortable vibe, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Bevs were 10star drinks, we ordered a rounds of signature cocktails off their regular and holiday menu which were all delightful. 10/10 Strawberry Rose Ranch Water. This is something i need a goblet or a pitcher of. One of the best Bevs I've had in Las Vegas definitely. 9/10 Liquid Jackpot. This drink was fantastic and wasn't too over powered on the passion fruit flavor. 9/10 Blackberry Lemonade. Refreshing and delightful 100/10 Peach Smash. They made me 3 versions of the drink and all of them were fantastic. The menu just came out and they asked our opinion which recipe was the best i hope the one i suggested makes it into the regular rotation. Wanna give a special shoutout to the greatest server ever Tiana & Christian the Manager. They made sure everything was a perfect experience and even offering a blanket because we arrived while it was chilly during the night time. Will definitely come back looking forward to it

Love the work that has been done. The space is relaxed and offers a beautiful view of the city. The servers were friendly and attentive, one even offering up her favorite dipping option for the focaccia sticks we ordered on top of the marinara and oil that it normally comes with. I didn't love the added marinara on top of the focaccia sticks since it came with marinara dipping sauce, but overall they were good. And the pesto aioli recommendation was great. Music was a mix of genres. Overall definitely a great spot for local

So so still spankings brand new bar just opened only 2 customers give them time other then that very nice bar rooftop

My husband and I visited during R&B Night and was expecting a great lounge experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. The atmosphere was decent, but the DJ wasn't very engaging, and the drinks tasted watered down and they attempted to serve us drinks out of dirty looking plastic cups that we sent back and asked for disposable ones. What really ruined the experience, however, was how we were treated as paying customers. About 1 hour and 45 minutes into our visit, a host came to our table and informed us that we only had 15 minutes left because our reservation was limited to two hours. This was completely unexpected, especially since there is no mention of a two-hour time limit anywhere on the OpenTable reservation page. I've attached a screenshot--please point out where this policy is disclosed, because I certainly couldn't find it. Being told to leave while we're actively ordering drinks, enjoying the music, and spending money felt incredibly unwelcoming. This is Las Vegas, and a lounge should allow guests to relax and enjoy the experience--not watch the clock. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy good music, drinks, and conversation without being rushed out after two hours, this is not the place. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Fantastic upper level deck location. Just off the strip you can see everything but you're not in the mix with all the other idiots. Great vibe! Great music. Go get you some!

Charcuterie board for 2, I love it!

Best place to hung out, unwind and enjoy the view of the strip without the noisy touristy crowd. Excellent quality of cocktails and appetizers choices with reasonable portion and prices. Jennifer and Jocelyn friendly are accommodating. I highly recommend this spot.

    Nice view good drinks

It's a small, intimate bar so the crowd control is great. Also, dress is strict but the staff was pretty good at taking a look & letting folks jow whikle they were on line. Once we got it, we loved the atmosphere! Great band. Wonderful bartenders, yummy drinks. Love the no phones policy, allowed everyone to actually enjoy the vibe. For Vegas, I'd say the prices were on par.

We had so much fun we went back on Sunday night just expecting good energy and live music. We coincidentally made friends in line and the bouncer asked if we wanted a table that would allow us to cut to the front of the line. Minimum was $500 and there were 5 of us so we said yes. To our surprise Bruno came out again!!! No one ever knows when or if he will be there and we were lucky enough to see him 2 nights in a row, and made friends along the way. It was truly a magical experience, Bruno was the cherry on top but even without him making a suprise performance, Pinky Ring is still such a unique vibe I think everyone who visits Vegas should experience. I have no photos to post, just as intended :) The security was very strict about no photos. We were so impressed how well they caught every person, shining lasers at their camera and spotlighting them then escorting them out. Don't be that person, they will catch you and kick you out and make you delete any photos or videos (even from recently deleted, I asked). Just enjoy the experience with the people around you. No one else has to see photos to believe you, and even if they did they would not fully understand the vibe and experience because they weren't there. If you made it to the end of this review, I hope you make an effort to visit Pinky Ring, you might get lucky!!

Every visit, we go the iconic Chandelier Bar, specifically floor 1.5 Not only do we return for the excellent drinks, we go for the service. The Chandelier Bar has many employees who have been at Cosmo since its opening . They are some of the best bartenders & staff on the strip! They also have great management. We recently met Angela , one of the newer managers who is very friendly. She approached us to see how our drinks were, even when it was pretty busy at the bar. The Chandelier bar also refreshes their drink menu a couple of times every now and then while still keeping some of popular drinks on such as the Verbena cocktail, which is nice. They have three floors , and every menu is different than the other. We highly recommend the Espresso Old Fashioned, a combination of two popular drinks. The staff will also make anything to your liking , as long as ingredients allow. It's definitely a can't miss spot if you are staying at Cosmo, or just bar hopping on the strip. The vibe is awesome!! We love the staff and drinks here and can't wait to go back!

One of these group photos was my Facebook profile picture for a minute, until I got tired of all the random men hitting me up on the off chance that I was one of the hot ones. To be fair, the odds were pretty good. My friends were all beautiful, and remain so now. I returned to The Chandelier with two of them last month, Melissa K. and June K. and I reliving our youth after seeing the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere. The bar felt a little different, though it could also have been us. A bit more dated, a bit quieter, a bit more businesslike somehow, even at two in the morning. Bartender was nice, though, and it was easy to get drinks and find a table. We got two colorful cocktails, Butterfly-ing Forever and Strawberry in the Rye. The butterfly drink was purple for some reason, made with Tequila Ocho blanco, Calenda mezcal, and butterfly yuzu emulsion. I'm guessing the "butterfly" was the purple butterfly pea flower, and not actual emulsified insects. In any case, the drink was good. The strawberry cocktail mixed High West Double Rye with strawberry, orange curaçao, Suze, and Angostura bitters. Also quite tasty. We ended up taking our drinks to go and heading back to our room. This was more fun and relaxing than hanging out at The Chandelier, but we did enjoy our brief visit and our brightly colored cocktails.
