I rarely don't, even for a broken nail. 3) Go early in the morning if you want to avoid the loud skinny boss lady. 4) If you're getting a fill, shape your own nails. They don't have time for precision. 5) Ask them to turn down the TVs so you're only listening to music. It gets too loud, especially with all the talking. It's supposed to be a relaxing experience. 6) Ask them to change the station if they have news on, which they usually do. I paid $30 and it included a scrub exfoliation, a gel massage from the calves down, an oil/ rock massage with hot towel treatment and filing of the heels as part of the pedicure.
