First and my last time at this location. I did like the fact that I walked in with no appointment and was taken back immediately. However, customer service was not there... not a friendly environment. My pedicure who was done by one individual was rushed completely. During my manicure not only was it rushed but the gentlemen did not say one word to me, he had an attitude, and he even cut me causing blood. I went here 2 days before I left town to get a gel change and a pedicure. The girl was named Ivy, she didn't speak English well. My first impression was of her laughing,, she said spoke to fast, well she doesn't speak the language. She gave me a "CBD" pedicure, No massage, just the products quickly rubbed on and, rinsed. She stated she only wanted "easy" clients. My pedicure was mediocre and 2 days later the polish is peeling off. I called and they said there is "NO" refunds. I was on my way out of town. So I could not go back. All and all, I do not recommend this salon, bad service and way too expensive for below average work! $ 120 for gel polish change and pedicure which was below average. Refereed my niece to Venice. Her 5 year old daughter also received a pedicure and manicure. In less than 12 hour all her polish peeled off from her fingers and toes. My niece was charged 42.00 and the manager refused to refund her money even though they did such a horrible job. I was so embarrassed because I have been going there for over two year, every 4 weeks. My daughter's pedicure was so bad, she asked the gal to forget about gel manicure and just polish her nails. She couldn't even do that or even apply lotion and buff nails. My own gel is already peeling after less than a week and she couldn't be bothered to roper my file my nails . Additionally, not only do they expect cash, the receptionist roles her eyes and treats you as if she's doing you favor. Don't even expect a small bottle of water. The place is beautiful however the service is the worst I've ever experienced in the 20+ years that I've been doing my nails... The Asian-descendent staff are extremely rough & completely insensitive - when they're filing your nails, they also file your skin so brutally that made me bleed from 3 different fingers. My concern got worse when they didn't discard the file that they used on me & used it on the next customer without disinfecting it!! The refill process that most businesses do in 1 hour, they get it done in 20 minutes... they're in such a rush to take on the next customer, that they're careless about your skin. Scary!! I went in to get some gel x nails because I could not find any other place (I don't like acrylic) and I regret coming here for this. I walked in and it automatically felt like I was an inconvenience for a group of ladies. They had to dispute a price and the lady doing my nails was filing it with the machine and she was so distracted she filed too short on one of my nails and hurt me because of her lack of attention! Good luck getting the design that you want because the English communication is HORRENDOUS! I tried to get a star on the mountain design with an ombré background for short nails and she said it would cost around $200-$300 ! HOW RIDICULOUS! On top of that I have to have shorter nails for work and when I said that, the lady gave me a nasty look and said "she could not/ didn't want to work on short nails". I tried to get a coffin shape but my nails were " too short". I wanted to get another design on my nails but the total would have cost $125 so I just went with this design of $95. How ridiculous. On top of that the nails are uneven and not even painted correctly. She only took an hour on this and didn't even take her time to make sure it looked good or how I wanted it. One of my finger tip is UNEVEN like how is this acceptable. I go to get my nails done to relax especially after work but this place wasted my time and my money. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! The salon itself is beautiful and very clean. However, I called the salon in advance to make an appointment. but was told that there was "no wait" so I went straight there. After signing in, the receptionist walked me over to a pedicure chair and filled the tub with water so I could start soaking my feet while I waited for the nail tech ... and waited and waited ... for nearly an hour! If it weren't for the free drinks and the fact that I really needed a pedicure, I would have left. As a matter of fact, two other ladies did leave because they got sick of waiting!! I got the CBD pedicure which wasn't anything special. Although the nail tech was very sweet and did a great job with my polish, she rushed through the service and didn't do much of a massage at all. The person doing our pedicures hurried and rushed through without completing the job and when we asked them to clean our cuticles they got upset. Our nails were crooked and thick and one of us even had blood because they nip our skin so close. I don't recommend this place for pedicure I do not like that they re-used a foot file to remove the dead skin that was obviously not sanitized they also reused the paraffin on your feet and charged you with service.. TRASH!! I came in for an acrylic nail removal and asked for a soak off due to my two ring nails being injured. I waited 15 minutes on one chair, then was asked to move to another. When I was finally helped I told the nail tech of my injury and that I was in pain. She dismissed me and still proceeded to take off my nails by cracking them and shoving another nail in to lift the other pieces, no where close to gently. When I said owch she handed me the nail clippers so I could do it myself and then poured acetone into a bowl and told me to wait 15 minutes. I waited the 15 minutes and she came back and started filing my nails with the electric nail filer no only causing all these nail shreds to be all over my sweater and hair but also for my nails beds to be uneven. She then grabbed my hands to place back into the bowl and tossed the dirty towel with nail shavings on top of my hands and sweater. When it was finally done she proceeded to cut my natural nails crooked and didn't even file them. She put cuticle oil only on two fingers and told she was done and to wash my hands. Brandon redid my full set and promised to fix anything that started to lift if that were to happen. He did an excellent job on my nails! I've had over 100 gel manis in my life and this was by far the most lackluster. She didn't use cuticle remover, didn't push the cuticles back, and didn't ask me to wash my hands after they were filed and buffed or ever for that matter. Then the curing light wasn't on and when I told her after the base and first coat of gel, she still didn't let them cure more than 30 sec. Two nails are already peeling and it hasn't even been but 5 hours, poor technique for a professional. There wasn't even a wait so I'm not sure why I was so rushed or made to feel like an inconvenience. Thankful I used a voucher and didn't pay full price. Very disappointed! Have always had quality service and customer service at the Fountains, but did not feel the same here. Had an issue with one nail over an hour and a half after my pedicure when the polish should have been set. I live over 45 minutes away and figured since I was still in the area I would call. I was told to go in and have it fixed but when I arrived was told I would need to wait 40 minutes. 40 minutes really? For a fix that would take less than 5 minutes and that would guarantee my return for another $70 service in the future! Unacceptable! Bad customer service in my book! read more

Jenny has been my nail tech since the beginning! She is fabulous, attentive and very sweet. I have a lot of pain and she is very cognizant not that. I will wait for her.
