I've been coming to Golden Nails for several years, and even after moving, I still travel an hour each way just to get my nails and toes done here! I love my nails every single time. Lisa, Linda, and Kathy are all absolutely amazing and so talented. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. They take both walk-ins and appointments, making it super convenient. Truly the only place I trust!

i asked the manicurist who did my nails based on a design i saved and they came out super cute! staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and did my nails super fast. i had to leave quickly and she was able to work on them in an hour so i was pretty impressed by that. great service.

March 2 I went in to get a pedicure, per the photo my pedicure came out great. However 2 weeks later I noticed a hole on my toenail. I took off the nail polish and noticed my nail was chipping off from an obvious nail infection. I was worried and went to the doctors and they told me it was nail fungus I caught. Golden Nails claims they sanitize all their instruments they use, but clearly they do not! I would STAY FAR AWAY from this location if possible they are not clean hence why they are always empty.

Service has declined over time, unsanitary, and they're not up to date with the new technology and nail designs.

Very old and inundated. I've been times before and a nail tech was doing my nails and she would have to stop and answer the phone, mind you the other nail techs were just sitting there with no clients. I've been over this place, only continued to go because of convenience.

When we first came in, Linda welcomed us with a friendly smile and she was happy to advise us how to make my wife's nails. She showed us more than 150 designs that she just created recently ( she had more but we got what we wanted after seeing hundreds of the pictures ). This time got dip without tip. Again loved my pedicure. I just wish the ladies gave their names. Came back 2 days later because I broke a nail and there was lifting on one. I've been coming here for years, actually my mom and I have both been going for years. The ladies are always so nice and professional. They are very good with timing as well which is very helpful when you have a busy day and try to squeeze in an appointment. The work is always great, I walk out loving my nails. I've been coming here regularly, but recently I've noticed a decline in service. During my most recent visit for a pedicure, I felt that some of the services were overcharged, which affected the tip I chose to leave. After checking out, I noticed one of the staff members speaking loudly in another language in a way that felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I understand that tipping is an important part of the industry, it is ultimately discretionary and should not affect how customers are treated. I value respectful and professional service, and I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for future visits. Please do better! read more

This place is the best. My mom and I were here out of town and needed pedicures last minute. I found this place and called ahead. They said they were available immediately on a Saturday. We both got our pedicures and my mom decided on a natural look manicure. All the ladies were so sweet and worked quickly as we were also in a bit of a time crunch. We were in and out and happy customers. Definitely recommend 10/10. read more

I have been coming to Golden Nails for years and have never had any issues with the quality of service or pricing. I went in for a simple pedicure, and everything seemed fine until it was time to pay. The employee who performed my service and acted as the cashier took it upon herself to enter a tip amount on the payment screen before handing it to me. I always tip well! I was shocked by the audacity of this action. A tip should always be left at the customer's discretion, not added without permission. I would caution other customers to carefully review their receipts before completing payment. I won't be returning. read more

March 2 I went in to get a pedicure, per the photo my pedicure came out great. However 2 weeks later I noticed a hole on my toenail. Im not a salon kinda gal. But after this first experience getting tips with gel powder dip, I think I might have to start being one. Lisa did a wonderful job. I liked her nails so much decided to have mine done like hers. So got the ombré powder dip with a little glitter. My toes to match oh and she made a cute flower. Will be coming back and asking for Lisa! read more

Come in with no wait on Saturday afternoon! Strange. My daughter is adding acrylics, let's hope this place is good. Is just so hard to find a good nail salon. They do not offer any discount for students My daughter like her acrylics but I didn't like the customer service, the personal made me feel not welcome and almost like a bother! They also charge you and extra 1.00 is you want to use your credit card. Don't think will be coming back. read more

This was my first time here and they were very accommodating. I got the golden pedicure and manicure. I love being able to just relax and they made sure they rubbed all the week away! It's rare that you go to get your nails done and they actually give you the massage. Definitely worth it ! Nice and clean polish finish too. read more

It was a welcoming environment and felt comfortable the whole time. They have great customer service and they have flexible hours while also accepting appointments. They also have a rewards program. They accept all forms of payment and their prices are reasonable. Had an amazing experience here at Golden Nails. I got a full set acrylic and pedicure and I loved how they both turned out. I was especially happy with my acrylic, Tony did such an awesome job! The color was so pretty and my nails came out super even. The last place I went to unfortunately did not do a very nice job so I was a bit nervous trying out this place, but I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Would definitely come back! read more

Went in on a saturday afternoon and were seated immediately, the guy that worked on my set was super meticulous and he was trying to make sure that I'm comfortable during the process. I'm not so good when it comes to picking my nails color so the staff helped me out, and my nails turned out to be perfect. 10/10 and 100% would recommend this place read more

I can here for a fill and pedicure. I also requested a manicure for a second person. I can tell you how happy I am with the work that was done. Vanny did a fantastic job! Especially considering I was super unhappy with the original work I had had done at another location. I didn't get the names of the other women, but they also did a really nice job. For the fill, design, regular mani, and regular pedi, in total it was $70. Such a good deal! I would recommend. read more

This is my favorite nail salon ever! My first time here was couple months ago right before the Covid pandemic and since then I've been coming here whenever I need to get my nails done. Vannie and her team are over my expectation. They always take good care of you and you will get a wonderful services. I can say they are the best manicure and pedicure in the area. I love how they follow CDC guidelines to prevent Covid-19 spreading. They disinfect all the chairs, tubs, tools right after each customer. None of those tubs that can trap germs. They use a disposable tub for each customer's feet. Vannie's staff is very friendly and attentive. I was pampered with cold water bottle in a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I always receive wonderful manicure and hand massages. Vannie herself was on the premise and she makes sure everything is just right. She even painted the designs on my nails My manicure was still flawless after two weeks. I was so amazed. Definitely recommend this place! read more

It's not my first time to be here, but it won't be my last. They're always on time with my appointment. They have a tons of color options to choose from and Sarah is the one who always did my nails. I love the way she does this color on me... it is the natural color that looks soft on my darker skin tone. Perfect for my vacayyyyyy!!! Gorgeous!!!!! Highly recommend Sarah for any types of nails. I requested for an appointment online more than a week in advance and received a confirmation text the same day. I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. She made me feel comfortable and it was almost painless. I would come back again. It's a few dollars less expensive if you pay with cash and I happened to have cash on me so I saved a few bucks.

I have been a client of Susana for years and followed her from another salon when she opened Golden Nails. She is amazing and I have never had anyone do such a great job with acrylic nails (trust me, I've tried other places closer to home and my nails never look this good). I have moved and now drive an hour to her salon to get my nails done! Susana also does my eyelash extensions and I get compliments everywhere I go!
