I wanted to give a current review since my last one was a few years ago... I have gone back several times since my last review but I felt I wanted to share my current experience. I can say hands down that the service for fill and pedicure was outstanding, the lady who did my nails, I wish I had asked her name, did a beautiful job. She took her time and it was obvious she actually cares about providing quality work. I almost want to say they came out perfect! The pedicure was equally as good done with great attention and quality. Neither service was rushed and I appreciated that... I don't care for slow service either, I care for efficiency and quality, of which I was given. I also want to comment on the serene music they play, it's calming and neutral like being at a spa, that may be an informative detail to some so I thought I'd mention it. I went to the nail salon because it's two minutes away from my house. I think this is maybe the only place that really has an extensive menu for their pedicures so if you like to get a pedicures and want to sit there for 45 minutes to an hour and just relax this is definitely a good choice. I felt it was very pricey for pedicures. I got the $48 option with gel so they charged me for gel which I know they usually do, but they charged me to remove my current gel, which is very upsetting. I've never gone to a nail salon where they charged me to remove my current gel, so anyways, I paid $65 total. Anyways, the pedicure wasn't the issue. I think it's good if you want to do it once in a while where you wanna treat yourself otherwise I will go to my typical salon and get a quick pedicure with gel and it cost me a fraction of the price and time. It started with me requesting that I wanted to have my pedicure first and enjoy my pedicure without them having to do my fill at the same time because they usually like to do that so they can finish faster so I said no I want to get my pedicure or my fill first. They started on my pedicure then receded to do my fill after I actually wanted a new set but they were insistent that my nails were still good and that I should just get a fill said whatever that's fine but I had told the lady that my nail (the broken nail in picture) needed a new acrylic because it was cracked. She said don't worry I will fix it with the acrylic. I said OK whatever she to do my nails in a different method but I said OK. Maybe this is her style of doing nails they all have different steps and things they do, when she began to paint my nails, she was very far off my cuticle and I didn't like it so I told her to go higher and she started laughing was so funny and then she did way too high where you can see the picture with the light pink and overdone. Anyway, I didn't say anything after a few days I went home but it was driving me insane so I went back and had that fixed. She only had removed the top of the nail and color and wanted to just apply the coats over and had actually even said that she can just apply topcoat and it would be fine, so another lady came and tried to finish the color and the color wasn't dark enough to cover that so she had to file down my whole nails completely, which is what she should've done since the beginning. also, something weird that I noticed was that she wanted to only paint two nails and have me put them in the UV light at a time so rather than just putting paint or gel on each on the five fingers and doing it when time I had to put my hand in the UV gel machine like 6× instead of 2... Anyways, she did it and blamed it on color why they looked the way that they did but regardless days later my nail that she didn't want to break and breaking so I paid about $55 for a fill that was, a waste of my money and time. It was just an annoying experience, even towards the end where there Apple Pay wasn't working so I had to have my mom use her card and she was still worried about her tip because I had to send it to Zelle. She almost didn't want to let me leave the salon until I sent her her tip and, I didn't like that by the way I tipped her $15... moral of the story is always speak up when you don't like something at that moment if you don't like how you're doing you need to let them know... read more

I had been paranoid to get a pedicure done for the past year during covid. Ivy nail spa is the first place I've been to in over a year for a much needed pedicure, and I definitely chose the right spot. I made a appointment beforehand (highly recommend) in order to not have to wait too long. The spa is clean and the staff is so friendly! They have taken all of the precautions due to covid and ask that you wash your hands open arrival. There are several different options to choose from for the pedicure. I was so happy with the pedicure and left so relaxed. Soft feed and cute toes! I will be making Ivy Nail Spa my regular go-to for pedicures. Thanks guys! read more

I have been going to Ivy for atleast two years. I am not a persone that gets pedicures all throughout the year, mainly in the summer. I can only talk about pedicure because thats what I get at this place. They have always left my nails perfect. This place is very clean and sanitary, I love that they make it a point to provide sanitary services. My nails are cleaned and cut very thoroughly. They are well priced and they don't seem to be talking about customers like other places appear to. They like reservations but usually get you in quickly, it is very convenient . read more

I requested a mani pedi and for the beds of my big toe smoothed. My technician was rude and didn't listen. I only ended up with the worst pedicure ever. Due to their inability to do the work in the time they promised. I paid $ 48 for a pedicure that wasn't worth a penny. They are dishonest and tricky with their pricing. I came here to get a mani/pedi. I liked that they allow walk ins, they check your temperature right when you walk in and there's glass that they use to separate themselves from the clients while they do nails. I got gel manicure and pedicure, and the nail polish started chipping the next day. My manicure did not even last 5 days and I didn't bother going back to get it fixed. It was disappointing because I wanted to get my nails done before my baby shower, by the time I had my baby shower (one week after my nail appointment), my nails were chipped and falling apart. I liked the customer service but I was disappointed with the actual service so I will not be back. read more

As businesses begin to re-open, I decided to go to Ivy Salon for a much-needed wax, figuring I'll be in 'n out fairly quickly. Upon entrance, I was greeted by an immaculately clean and well-organized salon. Hand sanitizers were available at the front door and at each station. Per CDC guidelines, everyone wore a face covering and every patron had their temperature taken with a no-touch thermometer at the door. Brand new spa pedicure chairs lined one side of the salon and are disinfected after each customer. Clear partitions are placed between the technicians and each customer as well as between customers. I truly appreciate all the protection put in place for both the technicians and the customers. Given all the above, my anxiety was allayed and I stayed for a pedicure as well. Thank you, Helen and Kate for taking care of me today! I know the science is rapidly changing but as the community begins to step out and take calculated risks to determine the new day-to-day, your efforts have given me a peace of mind and you've gained a loyal customer! read more

My daughter came out to visit and she picked this place per the positive reviews and 4 stars. They are located in a shopping center right off the 210 freeway. Very nice, very clean and organized locations. Love how detail they are with the Covid19 pandemic. Not that I care for the precautions or mind being out but they do take it very seriously. My sister made a appointment for us to get a mani pedi the week before when we arrived for appointment they informed us that we didn't have a appointment WHAT? And this was a Tuesday @ 11am not busy. They did not try to accommodate us at all saying we had the wrong nail salon my sister lives right up the street and shops in that mall all the time.
