Before leaving Oregon to drive out here to Mass I had a complete checkup done on my truck, got a bunch of various work done, tires, etc. They told me I needed brakes, that they were at 10%, that it would cost $500, and grudgingly admitted I could probably wait until I was out there to get the work done. Well, I get out here and go to O'Brien's on the recommendation of friends who live here. He tells me the brakes are fine, no problems, that I could probably wait until I drive to the next place in the winter to do them (I was only here short-term). He charges me nothing for the inspection. I came back today because I'm about to drive halfway across the country again, figure it must be time for the brakes now. He could easily have done the work but instead, he tells me they're STILL fine and will probably be fine for a while, definitely until after I get out to the next place. Outrageously honest. It's been almost 9 months since the mechanic in Oregon tried to get me to do the brakes then. Almost a year! I might be driving back here in the summer and if so, I'm waiting to do any repairs until I get out here.

My Coleman cooler blew the fuse and I was unsure how to fix it. In this modern age, I soon would be without my GPS and cell phone. In a panic, I called your dealership and spoke with Pete Seymour and explained my situation. He told me to come right in and he would fit me in. I called back for directions and a woman answered and gave perfect directions. When I arrived with my two senior parents, they were immediately seated in an air conditioned waiting room. I worked with Pete and the other gentleman next to him. They immediately found a young man to troubleshoot the fuse issue. This Oldsmobile Silhouette Premier has 3 fuse boxes! He reviewed the manual and found the correct panel. Thanks to computer schematics, he was easily able to find and change the bad fuse. He showed me which fuse and how to change it, if it occurred again! There was NO CHARGE for their services. Thank you for continuing to run a business where customer service is important! Ford refuses to do a recall on these defective EcoBoost engines. The team at Pages was very informative and showed a great deal of technical knowledge. Replaced engine quickly with no problems. My 2017 Ford Edge with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine experience a cracked engine block, leading to coolant leaks, overheating, and engine misfires. This issue is tied to a known defect in the engine's design, where the block's sealing surface warps due to high heat from the turbocharger, allowing coolant to leak into the cylinder. The Ford dealers are not going to tell you this, and I put my faith in Pages as they diagnosed and replace the engine quickly and perfectly. Back on the road! If you have a Ford EcoBoost engine that is failing, call Pages Automotive.
