This person Terry is so rude and unproffesional.The first time he came to fix our water heater,he made us wait until late in the afternoon.You have to call him several times before he picks up.And now,what he fixed broke and just trying to explain to him what was indicated in his receipt and trying to understand what he texted to me,he started being rude to me and claimed that I was being rude.He even said,"I don't want to deal with you!"Is that how you treat a customer?Or were you being a racist and claiming that you were treated poorly when you're in fact the one that has no manners? read more

Called my home warranty company about a water pipe leaking underneath our house. The warranty company had Golden quality Plumbing company give me a call, they called and I was describing the problem to one of their plumbers, that this was a recurring problem and had never really been fixed. The plumber snapped back and said they weren't going Replumb the whole house (a real smart a..) I was just trying to let him know what the problem was and was a recurring problem, he continued with his smart remarks and sarcasm. I told him I would get another plumbing Company and I ended the phone call. Golden Quality Plumbing needs to work on their phone etiquette, and customer relations. read more

Toilet plugged up. Couldn't get it cleared. Call my home warranty and got in touch with Terry. Terry showed up promptly and cleared up the toilet with a router in 5 minutes. The entire process was completed in less than 4 hours after calling my home warranty. Highly recommend this company and Terry. read more

I was able to get an appointment the very next day. He showed up on time, diagnosed, the problem, and gave me an estimate immediately. His estimate was reasonable and a bit less than I had expected. 1/10/14 Terry, who is also the owner of Golden Plumbing, arrived at 5 PM Friday. After looking at our kitchen faucet which was falling apart he said that he could not fix it and it needed to be replaced. He wanted to do this on Monday which we thought was OK but he talked us into giving him a check for our part of the service right then. He then went to the bank and cashed our check. Then he called our insurance company and told them that there was nothing wrong with the faucet. The insurance company called and said their hands were tied because of his report. We called him and he said "They won't cover it and the Co-pay check that you gave me is mine and I am keeping it". We now have to cancel our insurance because they would not believe us claiming they have to believe the technician. I believe that Terry would have returned on Monday and did the work if we hadn't paid him the co-pay in advance. But with the check in his hand he went to the bank and didn't deposit it because he knew that what he was going to do would cause us to try and stop the check so he made sure he got the cash.
