I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for 10 years and have ordered from them throughout that time. They offer loyalty cards that provide a free meal after collecting 10 signatures. Yesterday, I brought in two completed cards to redeem the free lunches I had earned. Instead of simply honoring the promotion or politely asking questions, I was accused of forging signatures on the cards. The staff aggressively challenged me and treated me as though I was attempting to scam them, despite the fact that I have been a paying customer for years and received those signatures directly from their business. Being publicly accused of dishonesty over a loyalty program was embarrassing, insulting, and completely unnecessary. If there were concerns about the cards, there were professional ways to address it. The way I was treated showed a lack of respect for a long-time customer. I walked into this Chinese food spot with the thought that all Chinese food tastes the same; however, this one was actually surprisingly better than some Chinese food spots I've been to. I got the house Lo mein and two orders of wings. Firstly, the greeting was warm and pleasant so that was also a welcomed surprise. The dining room area though small was clean and their menu was clearly displayed. The guys who worked there were very nice and the food was done in less than 15 minutes. First, their food tastes great; I love Cantonese food and I love the open kitchen where you can see what is going on. Secondly, the staff is very friendly and you can tell they love what they are doing and are very pleasant. Thirdly, they are very accommodating and will alter some of their dishes to your preference. I actually had a slight miscommunication on one of my orders and they immediately clarified the dish and did it all in a friendly manner. read more

The service here is absolutely fantastic, super friendly and efficient. My friend and I stopped in for lunch here around 2:30pm today. The prices are sensational. Food quality is super high (for price) and I was pleasantly impressed. I ordered the general tso's chicken with veggie fried rice that had fresh looking mushrooms in it- a first that I've seen, and loved it. The chicken had a great amount of flavor, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. My friend said the wonton soup was the best she's ever had. My new go to spot, thanks again! read more

Tried this place for a second time in a week! I have to be honest, the chicken & broccoli wasn't a personal favorite or mine, but the people were nice and pleasant as they were the last time. There is a table to sit at & eat that I didn't notice last time, it's not huge, but enough for 4 ppl (most ppl take their food to go) but the option is there. I've tried this place twice by now and love it. The staff are super friendly and you can just tell locals swarm this spot daily just by the way they know their customers. All I will say is, the things I've had a taste of so far: Lo mein - Rating 4/5 Chicken wings - Rating 5/5 Sweet & Sour Chicken - Rating 5/5 Broccoli in Garlic Sauce - Rating 4/5 Pork Fried Rice - Rating 4/5 Homemade ice tea - Rating 5/5 There's ALWAYS leftovers which still taste great the next day. I know all Chinese spots have the same menu / food but what sets is the freshness. The women did want that, I was that it was impossible that it was not any shrimp. She kept repeating the process of how Egg Foo Young is. never offered to make me whole. After my usual Chinese food spot closed a while back I had been looking for a decent replacement. I FOUND IT! The food was freshly done, tasted great and superb value. Ordered the fried chicken wings w/ shrimp fried rice and was extremely satisfied. The wings were made very well, were of a good size and tasted great. The rice was well made and it came w/ plenty of shrimps. For me the fried chicken wings w/ shrimp fried rice is a staple of a good Chinese restaurant and Golden Rice Bowl did an excellent job.
