This place was incredible! Went on a super busy Saturday night and was impressed with how fast the line moved. Got a latte and cheesecake and the cheesecake was probably one of the best I've ever had. Coffee was definitely unique while being strong and bold.

Great place to purchase roasted nuts and coffee beans and sweets of all kinds. We enjoyed a couple mocha frappuccinos without whipped cream, i liked them better than my wife, too sweet for her. I purchased a pound of whole Golden Coffee beans, ground some of the beans and i'm sipping on a cup right now, a light roast with very nice flavor. They put your coffee beans in a tin can with a pull top....cool! Very friendly people and lots of goodies. Next time we need to try some of their roasted nuts.

What an amazing place! Came here to check it out after checking out of our dank hotel room and instantly fell in love and felt so much better about the city. You walk in and you're transported into this awesome world. Trust me when I say that you are literally transported to a whole new world! We tried the famous Dubai chocolate ice cream and a few other desserts. Got a latte and hung out in their cozy seating area. The vibe was just so so nice!

I usually order a cortado, but the cashier didn't know it -- I got a cappuccino instead. The barista later offered to fix it or add an espresso shot, which was great service. They followed up with staff, too. Oat and almond milk available (no soy). Atmosphere & Offerings: 5/5 Loved the variety! - Nuts: Huge, seasoned selection with free samples at cash register. - Gelato: Nice flavor range. - Mediterranean desserts: Baklava and Dubai chocolates. - Chocolate-covered fruit: Cute social-media trend--looks like fruit, chocolate shell outside, soft filling inside. - Coffee beans: Fresh and customizable blends. The space is large with plenty of seating, candy, gifts, and coffee gear. I almost skipped it thinking it was more of a market than a café, but the coffee, service, and vibe impressed me. Highly recommend. Only issue was the fruit dessert. Fruit Dessert: 1/5 I tried the mango-shaped dessert--pretty but disappointing. The inside cream wasn't sweet, had tiny fruit chunks, and the chocolate shell lacked flavor & crunch. I've had them before at Suzie's pastry shop in Houston & it was fantastic. Even my family disliked this one. It actually was so unpleasant that I might retry it next time to see if something was just wrong. Overall, Excellent coffee, great service, cool atmosphere. I'll be back for more coffee and to sample other foods to see how they taste vs looking good.

As a coffee lover, I'm drawn to places that skillfully roast their own beans. However, the Golden Roastery is so much more than a coffee shop. It's a market place that offers so many different items that I found intriguing. The store is large and packed various chocolates, wraps, nuts and desserts. The coffee drinks are very good but not robust in flavor. My favorite latte was very well balanced with milk, coffee and chocolate. I purchased roasted beans from some of my favorite parts of the world and now loving coffee at home.

Wow! I can't believe I've waited this long to come here! It's a must visit for Middle Eastern desserts and goods! I had seen several mentions of this place online, and I knew I wanted to visit. There's a lot going on here. They offer coffee here, crafted with their in house roasted coffee beans. The ice cream and chocolates, as well as other desserts are made from scratch here. Various spices and roasted nuts can be bought in bulk. Plenty of imported packaged items can be found here as well like the TikTok famous Chinese fruit shaped ice cream. If you enjoy chocolate, you're in for a treat. Not only do they carry a great assortment of individually wrapped chocolate, but they offer several variations of the viral Dubai chocolate. To the side of this establishment is a good sized seating area for you to enjoy your tasty sweets and freshly brewed espresso. Here's your chance to try the knafeh. It's absolutely delicious! The staff is very attentive and friendly. Can't wait for a return visit!

First time stopping in Houston. I will Absolutely return on my next trip out here. The Dubai chocolate and strawberries was simply heaven! There's plenty of spices, herbs, nuts candy, baklava treats for anyone. I do suggest if you don't know what you are doing, like me, come it's someone that knows what they are doing, or ask for help. I bought some baklava and it was amazing, I wish I would have gotten more.

Omg this place is legit! It has all kinds of stuff from around the world but especially like middle eastern/Mediterranean desserts. The place is spacious and has a large variety of things to choose from-nuts, chocolate, chips, ice cream, even their own cooked/baked kitchen things. Dubai chocolate if you really want some this is another place you can get it from. The employees seem friendly and I can see this place being packed on the weekend. I just found the viral chicken ice cream and they had the other viral ice creams in the freezer.

Golden Roastery was worth my 30 minute drive. Upon entering, i was as totally overwhelmed. It's huge with an assortment of pastries, candies, spices, nuts, ice cream and more. It took me a while to settle on a pot of turkish coffee, a few turkish delights, and a cup of Dubai chocolate ingredients. One could easily spend half their paycheck here. Service was quick and helpful as I had many questions. They also have a really nice large dining area where you can enjoy your treats and listen to some relaxing music. Definitely check this place out!

We were hunting down Dubai Chocolate in Houston area, and saw Golden Roastery has a great review. We stopped by and tried the original Dubai Chocolate and the Strawberry one. Overall, it's a very nice place to explore. They have tons of different kinds of snacks, chocolates, sweets etc for you to choose. However, the Dubai Chocolate was OK for me. 3/5. It has a spice blend that I'm not too fond of. Or maybe that's the real Dubai Chocolate Go try it. Let me know what you think!

I visited Golden Roastery to try the Dubai style chocolate. Upon walking in, there is so much more! There are lots of spices, specialty nuts, ice cream, and a bakery. Tim is the gentleman who greeted me and gave me the option to try a few things, including the Dubai style cookie bar! It is delicious and I actually preferred it over the chocolate bar. We purchased the chocolate. Golden Roastery is also known for their specialty drinks. I didn't get to try any on this visit but when I'm in the area, I'll stop by again. They are open until midnight!

Love love loooovvvveeee this place. As I fan of chocolate how can I not. I spent a ridiculous amount of money and everything with the exception of a few of the pastries where delicious. I will say that's a personal thing, nothing wrong with the pastries. The chocolate covered strawberries, delicious. The Nutella bubble waffle, delicious. The Dubai cheesecake, delicious. The insane amount of chocolate candy i took home.. yep, delicious. It was a long way from my house but so worth the drive. I would definitely recommend.
