The manager came around checking on us and was very attentive when I needed to request an extra cup of hot water for our tea. The floral wall decor and light fixture gives such a cozy vibe. They incorporate the low fat milk well as some places tend to burn it. The pandan was great and I'm not even a ice coffee lover. Smooth, creamy. I could not really taste the pandan but the matcha came across. I asked the barista about their syrups and beans. I learned that most of their syrups are made in house and they get their beans from a family friend.
