    Cappuccino coffee
    Luis D.

A Hidden Gem My wife and I visited Frullino on a Saturday while running errands in the Bellaire area, and what a pleasant surprise it was! We ordered a couple of brisket kolaches, a cappuccino and a lemonata with shaken basil which were amazing. That led us to try the spinach and feta kolache (my favorite) and the best bread pudding I've had in my life! It was moist, fresh, with the right level of sweetness, it came with fresh berries, syrup and fresh cream. The barista made a mistake with one of the kolache orders and he gave us to try the "Café de Olla - Cold Brew" (iced coffee), another hit! (forget Starbucks). I must add that the place is beautiful and it's sparkly clean. Give them a try.

This bakery and coffee shop is so cozy and cute! I was searching for a quick bite for lunch. The place is under new management and they have a new menu. The women working there are so sweet, the girl at the front is so nice. The girl preparing the food was is also super kind, she made a delicious chicken salad sandwich! I would like to try their coffee next time I go.

Frullino Coffeeshop and Bakery might be tucked away behind corporate buildings, but it's a hidden gem worth discovering. Their signature drink, the Cinnarita, which has brown sugar cinnamon and a hint of cayenne, plus topped with cinnamon toast crunch, truly amazed me. This cozy spot offers not only delicious beverages but also handcrafted pastries, cakes, and kolaches. The cute modern ambiance and ample seating make it a comfortable and cozy place to hang out or do some work. Overall super friendly service and great recommendations from the barista. Plus, it's locally and female-owned, and there's plenty of parking outside. I'm so glad I discovered this spot!

Very nice pics of baking tools. Love the bottom one.

Food 4.9 Service 4.9 Ambiance 4.9 It's been a while I haven't come to Bellaire City. I always love those coffee shops there. This time, Frullino caught my eyes with the menu + their cakes, especially if it's HOME BAKED. And my experience was great overall. A small coffee shop with nice design, clean and neat. It looks spacious though. I ordered: Cinnarita, Kolache, and Strawberry Shortcake ( to go) and yes, all for me! Cinnarita was so creatively made with a hint of cayenne. IMPRESSIVE. I ordered it because of Michelle's recommendation. She is such a helpful, nice server/barista. Even though I am not a fan of coffee ( I prefer tea) but I was convinced. And the first sip was like..... "What is this?!" And I almost drank half of it. The Kolache was warm, small size, good for a quick bite. iced Matcha Latte has good aroma that lingered and brought a kind of calm + content feeling to me. ( it's a but conflict with the previous bolder taste of Cinnarita ) I would definitely come back and next time I will try Croissant + The Golden Hour. Thank you so much for the heart that is put into this coffee shop + the menu items. See you next time!

Amazing mom and pop bakery with great food, great prices, nestled in the office complex. Very unique and high quality food!

Super cute coffee shop with very kind staff. The quiche was delicious and the coffees were perfect. They are cashless so be mindful of that. They have a record player which is a nice touch for the ambiance.

Another great experience @ Frullino! Everything was delicious! Also, a special thank you to the friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

Lemon lavender cake and a kolache.

Coffee- great. And some creative stuff I didn't know I needed but now if my coffee doesn't have cayenne simple syrup in it, do I even like it? Food - delicious. Savory and sweet stuff was 10s across the board. Can't say enough nice things. It's tucked away in an office building but if you're in Bellaire and can find it you've found a jewel. The seating is chic, the music medium (me), solid (my 15 year old) and they have records that we were too afraid to play bc we'd fussed with our coffee order too much, but surely they would let us bc the people were so kind.

Yum! Accidentally found this coffee shop. I had to buy one of each flavor little loafs plus the cinnamon roll. I also enjoyed the spinach and feta kolache.

Peach & feta pastry, Cinnirati iced latte, BBQ kolache,

Celebrate with Stars and Sprinkles!!…read more Were you a fan of Cupcake Wars? Sugar Rush? Hard to believe with all of the cupcake bakeries that compete for customers today, but Sprinkles was the first. Candace Nelson and her husband, two investment bankers, left that industry after the dot-com bust and started their baking empire out of their home kitchen. What started as custom cakes eventually became high end cupcakes with sophisticated flavors and ingredients. They opened the world's first cupcake bakery in Beverly Hills in 2005. And the rest is cupcake history. Sign up for their rewards program for a sweet birthday treat. So many delicious choices from the iconic red velvet to dark chocolate, carrot cake, salted caramel to triple cinnamon. Seasonal specials like s'mores and Christmas cookies in July are available on a limited bake schedule. Have a craving after hours? Head to the Sprinkles ATM which was imagineered when Candace herself had a pregnancy cupcake craving and couldn't get a delicious cupcake for herself. Such a cute idea. Thanks for the sweet birthday treat and all those great cupcakes over the years.

The…read moreonly Banana Republic and Anthropology locations with petite sections within 90 miles of my residence are right around the corner (one in walkable distance of this cupcakery, which is relevant because parking in this area can be challenging.) Anyways, this review is clearly about cupcakes! I was drawn to revisit Sprinkles due to one of theirs seasonal bakes- the lemon meringue. However, when I arrived, the salty caramel, chocolate marshmallow, and dark chocolate all looked equally tasty, so...I bought them all! I wish I could say that I then parceled them out over the next couple of days, but the reality is, my culinary sweet tooth won, and I tried all but the dark chocolate the day of purchase...I did also share with a few friends, I promise. While I have fond memories of Sprinkles in the past, these cupcakes weren't as I remember. The lemon meringue was tasty apart from the graham cracker crust that felt either old or lacking crisp (the salt was nice though). The chocolate marshmallow was sadly the most expensive Hostess cake I've ever bought, and the sugar topper on the salted caramel, just shouldn't be eaten...maybe I got a bad one?! With almost all of the bakes the flavors seemed right or near right, but the crumb seemed off. On the plus side, when the order tablets are acting up, the customer service is great, the store was super clean, and there's a cupcake vending machine...score! So in the world of cupcakeries, this one is a solid aight, but I'll be visiting the location closer to my home base soon, fingers crossed.

On my most recent visit, I was able to provide my phone number to the employee to redeem my free cupcake which was super convenient. The cupcakes seem smaller to me than in the past, but apparently the size hasn't changed. The price of a cupcake ranges $5-$6 depending on the flavor. I've had quite a few flavors over the years. On my last trip, I ordered the Vietnamese Coffee cupcake. If you love coffee, get this cupcake! The espresso flavor is very prominent in the cake and icing. It's also filled with condensed milk butter cream which was a fun surprise! The chocolate espresso candy on top was a nice touch. The employees have always been nice and helpful. There is no seating at the store, but there's places to sit around Rice Village if you don't want to wait to enjoy your treat. This location is the only brick and mortar left in Houston and they do have the cupcake ATM. I've never used it, but I believe it is available 24/7. If you don't mind a short walk, you can park for free (first 2 hours) in one of the garages. There's also limited free street parking and paid metered parking spaces.

The storefront is noticeable, even the actual store is small but clean and brightly lit. Customer service isn't nearly as warm as it should be, which is a reason why I don't always prefer to come here. The cupcake ATM is a real thing and is an easy selling point for folks who enjoy the idea of ordering on the spot from a pseudo vending machine. While it can get crowded on occasion, I've rarely had to experience a wait here. In terms of the cupcake variety, the selection is quite good. It's all incredibly expensive, but that is to be expected. Expect to pay as much as $6 for each, and up to $80 for their layer cakes. They also have mini cupcakes, cookies, and brownies, with gluten-free and vegan options. There are also $3 pupcakes, which are friendly for our canine companions. The rainbow layer cake is gorgeous, despite being underwhelming for the price. Any of their cupcake bundles make for an excellent food gift, which are customizable on their website. The red velvet is a classic favorite, but I would argue the dark chocolate and strawberry is more in demand. The Vietnamese coffee has made it into the permanent rotation, however, the German chocolate, cookies and cream, as well as the lemon meringue are their seasonal ones currently. They also offer curbside service and a pick up station for folks who order online. Parking can be a challenge during the daytime, especially since many of the Rice Village spots requirement payment.
