She decided to walk to another area where items were being moved and there was the item. She took time to help me, was very pleasant and professional and didn't give up. When I got home I was able to straighten out the co pay issue with the drug company. I was typing in every individual product to see if it was on sale to clip a coupon. The process was not not easy. When I went to check out Jacob was my Cashier. It was the end of his shift and I was the last Customer. He helped me through the entire process and showed me the scanner! It was so much easier to use than how I was doing it. He was tired I could tell but pleasant and extremely helpful. My bill rang up $450.00+ and saved $200.00+!!!! My Husband and I have never had any issues with Safeway ( in-store shopping and online). I always forget something and have to walk all the way back to the opposite side of the store, fighting other customers along the way like some crazy battle arena. However, their online grocery pick-up is amazing. Order whatever you need, pick a date/time, and go pick it up. You NEVER have to go inside - heck, you don't even have to leave your car if you don't want to. The employees bring the items out and pack them into your trunk. It's easy, convenient, and there is no service fee. I love it.
