I was typing in every individual product to see if it was on sale to clip a coupon. The process was not not easy. When I went to check out Jacob was my Cashier. It was the end of his shift and I was the last Customer. He helped me through the entire process and showed me the scanner! It was so much easier to use than how I was doing it. He was tired I could tell but pleasant and extremely helpful. My bill rang up $450.00+ and saved $200.00+!!!! My Husband and I have never had any issues with Safeway ( in-store shopping and online). This was explained to us by the store employee. We were told they will let orders sit and grab higher tip amounts/closer delivery locations. This resulted in a repeatedly delayed order until we finally cancelled. Also- there was an ADDITIONAL tip added to the order just for the driver- but apparently 15% wasn't enough.
