Made the appointment, Chris arrived, listened to our concerns, saw our needs. Took his initial measurements, a few days later we received Onspots bid. Chris let us know it might take as long as 4 to 6 months. We'd already been in the home 38 years, what's a few more months for something we need. Chris came back for a second measurement (measure twice, cut once), then one additional time to to select the handrail style, end cap (whatever it's called) and primer color. Six months later (Today), Miles and Ben delivered and installed everything - we love the results! Thank you Onspot Welding for the craftsmanship in our product, the wait was worth it.
