This just gets worse and worse. I booked an appointment online. You confirmed it multiple times. Then the day before YOU CALLED ME asked if I could come in 15 minutes earlier. I acquiesced and arrived at 2:20. I was 5 minutes late. You told me I had to reschedule. Specifically you said there was a family coming in at 2:30 and you didn't want to make them wait. So how many lies have you told now. Furthermore, if you do have a 10 minute window and I showed up at 2:15 (within the window) then you only left 5 minutes for my appointment before you had your next scheduled patient. Yet you talk about quality of care. I also see that before you asked me to reschedule and now you're telling me you'll forward my medical records. If you didn't want us as your patients you could have just said that from the beginning rather than conducting this infuriating drama of inconveniencing people so much that they leave. You are not only unprofessional but now proving to be a liar as well who seems to favor some individuals over others. Best case scenario your assistant screwed up the scheduling and rather than owning up to it decided to screw me over. Worst case scenario you were intentionally trying to get rid of me which mean you have an issue with me specifically and thus don't want female and/or women of color as patients. But what is certain is your ability to manage situations is deplorable. read more

I usually won't review a business unless they stand out for better or worse. I'm a medical professional myself and I've been seeing optometrists for over 20 years. I had to review this practice as one of the best I've worked with. Dr. Ghandi was very personable, easy to communicate with, and incredibly knowledgeable. I really enjoy working with younger docs who actually know their stuff. I think it's amazing that he bought a practice and is making it his own at this stage of his career. You can feel the energy in the office as fresh and relaxing as everyone makes an effort to get to know you and get you comfortable. I love the individualized care I received. Dr. Ghandhi is fantastic. On his recommendation my son started using Orthokeratology lenses, commonly called ortho-k lenses to stop the progress of his deteriorating eyesight (nearsightedness, or myopia). That was a few years ago. I am so glad I listened to the doctor, because my son's eyesight was stabilized.
