Jose and his team cleaned my windows thoroughly inside and outside. The windows were sparkling and clear afterward. They also cleaned the screens. Jose also power washed my balusters fence and made them very clean and white again. He also used his self made surface washer tool to washed my solar panels on the roof. The panels look much cleaner and I will get back to you later if the washing has increased the generating efficiency. They were very prudent and careful in the house. read more

I've never seen my windows that clean in the 40 years I've lived there!! We have a large 2-story home with a lot of windows (~50) including several non-rectangular windows and multiple sets of french doors. We booked Golden State Window Cleaning in preparation to show our home. Somehow, I lost track of our appointment and had to cancel at the last minute. Jose was gracious and reached out early the next week to reschedule. He and his crew were professional and quick. My windows gleamed when they were done. Somehow one of the screen was torn while being washed. Jose took it with him and replaced the screen and reinstalled it without a few days. They even showed us how some of the windows had broken seals so we could call the manufacture to have them repaired. Jose and his crew were awesome and his time estimate was spot on. Called Golden State Window Cleaning to have sliding glass doors, windows and tracks cleaned. $150 minimum to come out. My tracks were very dirty and I was anxious to have them cleaned. When they arrived, the owner said his shop vac ran out of batteries and he asked to borrow my vacuum. When the window tracks were not cleaned he stated that the tracks were not included in the service even though he had done the sliding door tracks. Streaks and smudges were pointed out and the owner took care of some of them. When I saw that they did not get the hard water stains off one of the windows, he said he did not bring the chemical needed to do that and that there would be an additional $20 charge. He said he would put me on the schedule for two days later and never called or showed up. Not sure how this is the first less than glowing review. read more
