After submitting a request for quotes through yelp, Azamat responded right away with a very competitive/fair price. After a few quick texts we arrived on the timing for him to come over to the unit. He came over exactly at the time planned and was very respectful to the tenant. I scheduled a consultation with Karoline through Yelp message. No one showed up at the agreed upon time and when I called to follow up, Juan said it was never added to his calendar. At the rescheduled consultation he was late over an hour and acted very rushed, barely explaining anything. Then later that afternoon two of his workers randomly showed up at my door saying they were there to do my floor?? Turns out they had been given the wrong address. When I followed up later to request copies of their contractor license and liability insurance to fulfill my HOA's requirements, they simply ghosted me even after I sent multiple follow up messages. I guess this place is so busy they're too good for me, at least that's certainly how they made me feel. Not exactly the best way to earn customers and build a reputation.
