The park overall is ok. There were many tenants there that had things in their lots like workout benches, junk and furniture. There was a business across the street on the back of the park that had a high pitch beep that went all day and night, I could hear it while in my trailer with the doors and windows shut. Nothing agains the park. but there were tenants there with political flags and confederate flags that I found offensive. Overall it was a nice park, due to COVID I didn't get to see any of the amenities besides the dog park. area which was very small but nice. there was one. However, we moved after a few days to this park, and we couldn't have been happier. The pool, the gym, the laundry room, the pond are all such wonderful amenities that are such a rare treat, especially in this part of the country. Not to mention, the staff that works and maintains the park are all really wonderful, and care about the facilities, and want to keep it clean and nice. Huge thank you to Rhonda and the rest of the staff for making our accommodations workout while we were there - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable while there. We will for sure be coming back here, and highly recommend it to anyone needing an oasis in the Permian Basin area!

Corner lot, Convenient, Clean, and Relaxing View - Site 57…read moreWe're a remote family of three and recently stayed at Park Place RV in Odessa, TX. The park is conveniently located right off the frontage road and is gated for added security. The facilities were clean, well maintained, the gravel sites, while close together, offered full hookups for our Class A 50-amp motorhome. We stayed at corner site #57, which gave us extra space and a very nice, relaxing view of the ranch land with nothing but oil rigs in the distance. Everything worked as it should, making for a smooth stay. We'll definitely be staying here again next week when we're back in Odessa.

The large pull through spot was perfect, towards the back of the campground but close to the office/showers & the pool. We did try out the pool, boy howdy was it refreshing (cold) for the first of August, it truly surprised us both, most of the outdoor pools we've experienced while in Texas this summer have been coolish/ lukewarm even but this was chilly. The RV park location (close to the highway) was surprisingly quiet, except for the occasional train going by, all the residents seemed to follow the speed/noise rules making our stay enjoyable. Wendy Lynn at the office was polite & helpful offering assistance if needed. We truly enjoyed our stay minus our trailer issues. Thanks Park Place RV.

Quiet Place with a Nice Neighborhood Vibe! Lots of great Working People from the Permian Basin! Water is On More than it is Off unlike most Permian RV Parks ! We have been here since the First week of December 2024 and water has only been off Twice briefly when people drove over the sites water connections! Great Owners a pleasure to talk with ! Also, it was so cutely decorated, it made you just feel valued as a customer. I feel like the host really went the extra mile with this. The bed was extremely comfortable and my husband and I slept like a rock. The bathroom was large, and the host provided an ample supply of towels and rags which helped make the stay pleasant. Sometimes when you go and stay somewhere, they seem to be skimpy in this area and you're having to ask for more, but not here. They also have a swimming pool with a connecting hot tub that's available all year long. We did not take advantage of this, but may in the future. We were in and out a lot because of family, but it surely looked nice. The hostess is very nice and greeted us with a smile. We met her one time on our way in, and she just seemed like a very nice person. If you're going down to that area and need to get away, I'd consider going there. It is far enough away to give you privacy, yet close enough where you can drive into the city.

I explained to him my situation and he got me there, again, earlier than expected. Edward was fantastic and the service helped me in a moment of crisis when I almost missed my flight home. If I could give them 6/5 stars, I would, and the next time I'm here they'll be my first call for a ride.
