As I quickly found out, the Omega Law Group is a joke, baiting you in and then failing to deliver as you attorney. Sadly in this case I was lured in by a fake introduction by the apparent Founder Robin Saghian , who stated that he was one of the founding partners of the firm. They said they had the expertise to handle my case Torsten Kunert vs. Starbucks. The papers were signed and completed by both sides with only 5 months remaining until the state of limitations ran out. A few months went by and they stopped communicating, the very opposite from when they aggressively pursued you to get your case. Do not be fooled. Then they dropped the case like a hot potato, no warning, no time to find another lawyer before the deadline. Now they leave me with no other option to sue them for malpractice and launch a social media campaign to educate drivers and the public to stay far and clear from this group. However that all changed when I entered month 7 Respect. Communication It was a lot of delayed care with the medical scheduling with my case manager to the actual attorney never responding to my call back requests for questions regarding my case on the medical side or litigation side I would call in 2 times a week with delayed medical care and communication on my case progress. Unless I called in I wouldn't get information. No one ever really returned my calls. The only thing I would get is automatic emails confirming I called in each time to my email. I have two cases with them. One is auto accident and the other is slip in fall both from year 2023. It is now 2026. I still haven't got payed or completed my medical care. If anything I was abandoned in communication since 7 mis ago. Attorney and litigation agent can't explain to me why one of my cases still in litigation. As one of them started June of 2025. It is now Feb 2026 and I'm still getting the run around. To be honest I think they got payed out all ready and diverted my funds illegally. My other case for car accident litigation started Dec 2025. And I have not been followed up yet with or talked to a litigation specialist as of yet I was being told at one point in the summer of 2025 that I needed more medical bills and billing system updated so I can get payed out more money. However it is now Feb 2026 and I went to all my medical apts billing system updated but they still can't tell me how much money I'm receiving and why I'm still in litigation The truth is my case is worth millions and I'm being deceived put on hold and given the run around. I will be reporting them to Attorney Board for mal practice, not to mention the better business bureaus and sue them. The receptionists Every time u call in expect 1 out of 8 calls u make throughout the week or month be returned. The receptionist don't really take calls serious or communicate who called every single time. You have to chase the law firm call in 2wice a week or everyday to get results. The first 6 mos is a game and a deception as they are great Pretenders and sell you a dream and get u hooked just to screw you later. If you know your case is worth $10,000 or more. Run very fast. This firm cannot manage money over that. They will eat your payout alive! Better yet Run from choosing this Law firm.

She then proceeded to tell other clients sitting that "obviously people should wait until they open the door and shouldn't pull on doorknobs." All while humiliating my parents in front of other people. Luckily they did not put up with that behavior and left. Please teach your staff about customer service!!!!!
