Then I read reviews on Google and Yelp and found Desert Luxury and asked them to come by. Dan showed up and we spent a couple of hours talking about all sorts of things related to the pool business, and I decided to ask him to help refine the design and provide a price. I knew from all the research I had done what the market price was for a pool of the size I wanted, and their price was right on target. At this point, Pete took charge and ran the project and communicated each step of the way what would be happening and when. From that point on it was smooth sailing all the way through the final inspection by the city. I called ClaroPool on Tuesday afternoon and after a very helpful telephone conversation with Chris Little (Maintenance Director) who offered to schedule a site visit the next day. Chris arrived exactly on time the next day and was able to quickly resolve our issue with the iAquaLink app. He also managed to change app settings to solve a challenge that previous pool technicians told us was not possible. In a time when "customer service" does not seem as good as in past years, I was greatly impressed with Chris and the ClaroPool company. We will certainly call them again when new maintenance and repair matters arise. I highly recommend ClaroPool.

An incredible breath of fresh air- to not just bill for a house call, and then try to sell me on some fake cure.
