So many pool cleaners in the area just "dunk and go" and do not care about the overall health of your pool. Jesus came out quickly and made my pool look like new again, even better than before. The pool is always full of dead bugs, leaves on bottom and a disgusting layer of dirt every time I try and use the pool and I am forced to clean the pool myself for 2 hours. I also paid them to install a new pool vacuum and last few months it was not even connected or working. They were also paid lots of money to clean and maintain the pool tiles and I think the photos speak for themselves as they look just as bad as when they charged me. They are also very UNRESPONSIVE when I contact them and never bother even responding when I ask them for the state of the pool. The only thing consistent about their service is when they bill me every month for their pool services when charging my credit card. The owner responses are absolutely preposterous as they actually using the excuses when the credit card charges are not up to date but I have receipts of their charges every month. They also actually told me that because their is a sandstorm the pool is so dirty but I have photos of my next door neighbor whose pool is clear water and my pool is literally green filled with dead bugs, leaves and filth. The excuses the company makes up is disgraceful and further implicates their unethical business practices trying to shame customers by painting a false narrative. I am all about supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs but cheating and mis representing your clients when a disservice is done is not good business practice.
