I also began to notice that my natural lashes appeared to have been cut. At this point, my natural lashes are very short, sparse, and also falling out, which has been frustrating. I did reach out the following day, and they were initially responsive. I was out of town that weekend and wasn't able to return to the salon for a redo. After a few text messages back and forth, however, communication stopped. I appreciate that they initially responded and that the technician was pleasant, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return. She replied right away, saying none at the moment, but would let me know if anything opened up. After an hour, she text back saying there was an opening Sunday AM, and I confirmed I would take it! Upon arrival, I text Nikki to let her know I was outside in my car, and to let me know when she wanted me to come in. About 10 minutes before my appointment, she called saying come on in. Once inside, she took my temp, and was masked. All customers must also be masked. The business is located in Sakura Massage Salon, and Nikki had her own room. Since my appointment was for full lash extensions, I was anticipating it would take the usual 2 hours, but it ended up only taking 1 more. Don't get me wrong, Nikki was quick, but she did not cut corners; she knew what she was doing. Because I wanted natural w/ volume lashes, I think we decided to go with the mink lashes (length: 11-12). So happy with how they turned out! Before I left, I was able to make an appointment for a 3-week fill. Nikki is super nice, and definitely happy I tried her!

Nikki was patient and very fun to talk to. But I had some issues with the final product. I came in as a new customer and requested the discounted price for the 6D Volume Mink Lashes, which at the time was $65. After talking to Nikki and explaining that I wanted something natural, I received what seemed to be the mink single lashes. To me, 6D has no other definition then a single lash with split ends (multiple lashes at the end). This was not what I got... When I asked her about it, she explained that that type of lash was old school and no one used those anymore. I've seen other lash artists and they still use 6D. I received single lashes but were being passed off as 6D. She did say she stacks multiple singles to create volume versus the split ends, but I think it's misleading. If that's the case, I think it should be advertised as Volume Lashes with a range of dimensions listed (3-6 or whatever is available) not just 6D because the amount of how many multiple false lashes on one single natural lash depends on the individual. Clearly mine were SINGLE lashes. Anyway I updated this review because after some thinking and reviewing my original rating, I thought that her explanation was not at all sufficient.
